I called and Chris was out of town, but he immediately sent over one of his plumbers to come take a look at our water heater. Dayton was there in 20 minutes, diagnose the problem, went out, got us a new water heater and installed it by the time I got home from work. He was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This was the second time we use, and it had a great experience both times.

The pilot light in my water heater would not stay lit. I called a few plumbers and Chris was the first to come out within the hour. Great work by Chris the owner of C G Plumbing. He installed a new water heater for my mom (sorry didn't take a picture) and we took care of all the details over the phone since I don't live in the same town as my mother.

He was professional and very respectful to my mom which I really appreciate. She is hard of hearing and he took his time with her so she understood what all he had to do.
