Carlos gave us a quote of $200 to replace two kitchen sink shut off valves. I asked if he would credit back our cost ($28) for the brand new SharkBite valves that I just bought. He said it wouldn't affect the price and ""if your (sic) having trouble paying bill maybe you need to find another plumber"".

Did Carlos just call me cheap for refusing to let him take advantage of me? Unbelievable! However, I have grown some thick skin after dealing with all kinds of jerks over the years. I would still let that insult slide so the repair wouldn't suffer any potential delays.

Since Carlos wouldn't give me any credit for the parts, I opted for him to supply the valves and make sure one of the valves has two outlets to hook up the dishwasher. That's when he told me to ""find someone else."" Guess it was a mistake to tolerate his demeanor. I'm gonna find someone else then and I recommend all of you to stay away from this company.

I highly recommend Carlo! He provided excellent service and was always punctual. He quickly identified the source of the leak around the base of our toilet, thoroughly explained the problem, replaced the broken flange, and installed a new toilet. I will be using him again for my future plumbing needs.

Horrible plumber. Took FULL advantage of me as a new home owner - charged me about DOUBLE what I should have paid. I know this from talking to a General Contractor and other plumbers since then. AND 2 months after his so called ""repairs"" the drain under the kitchen sink is leaking AGAIN!!!! Do NIT use this ""plumber"".

CFC Plumbing returned my call with in 5 Min on a Thursday afternoon inching closer to the long Labor Day weekend, said the could be there in 45 min, arrived 40 Min & diagnosed the problem as a failure of a small component which needed to be fixed, which they did, & i had the distinct feeling that maybe some Plumbing Professionals might have, in the same situation try to push a more expensive service or solution which would have been $1,000's more & unneeded & bc they did things in a stand up manner have my future business.

Carlo is an excellent plumber. We used him on a recent kitchen and bath remodel, via recommendation from our contractor.

He's reliable, fair, friendly, and easy to work with. He shows up on time and gets his work done within the timelines he gives. He ""plays well with others"" - he forged great relationships with our contractor and electrician.

What really impressed me was how well he knows the rules, and knows the code, but is then able to come up with creative solutions to problems that come up...while still meeting guidelines for inspection.

We highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.
