I was very impressed with CF Plumbing! They were courteous and professional from my first phone call to schedule an appointment to having our plumbing issues evaluated and repaired by John. He was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely be calling CF again for any plumbing needs we have!

I feel completely robbed by this company. Problems started when I smelled gas one weekend after CF worked on my home and was forced to call SDGE for immediate response since I could not get in touch with my contractor who hired CF. SDGE technician was very concerned with the quality of work he saw with the gas pipes. Every joint he sprayed bubbled up and was leaking. CF plumbing came by promptly to fix leaking joints as soon as they became aware of the situation. I alerted the crew to be more careful but the next week they conducted some gas work at my house and I came downstairs to find another strong gas smell. This time CF plumbing responded again ""fixing"" the gas leak. As time passed I continued smelling gas but thought I was crazy. I complained but was assured by CF plumbing and my contractor that all was fixed. I got worried as a mother that my concerns were not being addressed because a child lives in the home so I called some reputable plumbers. Low and behold, ALL the joints were STILL leaking, even the ones fixed during the first leak. Other plumbers explained that they were joining different brands of pipe and that would NEVER work and a seal would never be achieved. On top of that they left water leaking for two days, the shower faucet was installed upside down, and drains were left unsealed and leaking. They capped off pipes that stick out right in the line of the drywall instead of capping them so they would not project into the sight line. They broke my water heater and we lived without hot water for 3 weeks. The toilet drains were left without screws. The faucet valves were installed upside down. Then the kicker comes when I am told by over four plumbers that the quality of the work done at my house was completely unacceptable yet they charged me twice the price of any other plumber that had quoted me around town while gas was still leaking from the pipes. ARE YOU KIDDING? I obviously was enraged and kicked them off the job. They offered to send in another plumbing company to fix their work because they still wanted to get paid. I allowed the other co. in to attempt an overhaull of the faulty plumbing. The guy they sent started doing a good job but then lost his dog, had a nervous breakdown and completely disappeared from the job. Only to begin texting me later ""I betta get paid."" I wasn't even supposed to be paying that guy, but rather CF plumbing. CF plumbing settled with me but I only paid because they threatened to put a lien on my home and I had no energy to deal with them after all this stress. They should have been humiliated to ask me for a penny. I am still finding plumbing issues every day and am terrified that I will face constant plumbing problems down the road. I offered to let them send their best plumber to inspect everything before I drywalled so we didn't end up in a legal battle down the road but no, they had no interest in checking the work. Now I have tile guys asking me if I hired a ""professional"" plumber for the job? Ok, so they are charging twice the price of everyone in town but multiple tile professionals, without being prompted, are questioning the plumbing? NIGHTMARE. I lost Thanksgiving and Christmas in my home and am STILL dealing with plumbing issues that have caused over a 5 month delay to my project. They seem to be sending out inexperienced new plumbers to tackle work with no foreman and no oversight because they are ""busy."" This is not the fault of the young workers but rather the owners. To say I am ""unhappy"" would be a grave understatement . . . I am devastated. This will end in a nasty legal battle when it is all said and done but not because I haven't moved mountains to let them make up for their mistakes but because they refuse to take ownership of their repeated and dangerous errors.

Ok, I think I've finally found a favorite among plumbing contractors. After talking to a few contractors about installing a new kitchen faucet and instant hot water system I had bought, I quickly found out that the cost for this type of work ranges wildly.

Just a couple hours after I called them for the first time, I got a visit from John, who was clearly infinitely knowledgeable and familiar with what I wanted done. I was immediately comfortable with CF Plumbing right from the start.

I wasn't going for cheapest price; I wanted the best I could get for the money, and I feel like I did even better than that. They are fast, reasonable, and professional - CF will be the ones I call back next time. I highly recommend them.

This plumbing company is quite a find. They are very professional and will give you multiple options to solve your plumbing problem even if it isn't in their company's best interest. I appreciate an honest service and would recommend CF Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. As good as it gets!

Although John did a really nice job back in July for a home my folks own in Carlsbad, when I phoned recently for a smaller job at my home in Escondido, Amanda told me the company ""doesn't drive to Escondido."" After three phone calls (Amanda and Rachelle) and my persistence, they finally agreed to send a plumber out. When I thanked the plumber (David) for driving to Escondido, he told me it was no big deal as he was on his way back to the Carlsbad shop from a remodel job the company was doing in Poway! Apparently if your job is considered big enough by CF Plumbing, they will be happy to work with you, but if your job isn't lucrative, they don't drive to your area. I'm getting ready to remodel my kitchen, and guess who I won't be calling to do the plumbing?

What a GREAT company. Starting with Amanda who is one of the most courteous and organized people I have ever dealt with. She continually kept me posted on schedule changes and status of the team during the work.

John did the work and he is a true artist. My plumbing should be hanging on the wall. I asked him to do a ""quick fix"" and he did it right and it looks great!

She helped coordinate quick next day service and kept me posted via text the next day. David came to my house and did an excellent job, very efficient, and had a really nice personality. Thank you!

They plumbed my new wall mount faucet for my powder room and moved gas line and plumbing for kitchen remodel, set sink and faucet, installed stove and dishwasher. All was done on time and on budget. I'm very happy with the work they performed.

What a find! C F Plumbing is great! After calling for an estimate, John came out the very next day to give an estimate to replace 2 toilets and check on my recirculating hot water system, which might need replaced. I set up an appointment for the next week requesting John. Who do you know can change out and install a new toilet in 20 minutes? John can!! When he came downstairs to say he was finished I thought he was going to tell me something was wrong. No. He was finished. After installing the 2nd toilet he checked the hot water system. He had put in a new valve under the sink before starting on the toilets to test out the system. It worked, so I didn't need to replace the whole system! John is efficient to say the least, and honest! I will definitely use CF Plumbing again. PS. John was very helpful on the phone, and thank you, Katie for the reminder call the day before.

John came to install our Toto toilet and Washlet (toilet/bidet). He was very nice, quick, efficient, and gave us excellent service. Also, his rate was very reasonable, adhering to the estimate we had promptly received online.
We shall call CF Plumbing again, and we definitely recommend them!
