Terrible Experience. This company has very bad customer service and is overpriced. I had a leak in my shower faucet 2 years ago. CF Plumbing came out to replace it. They did a terrible job- the spout wiggles, and though it continued to drip - it did so very slowly. I should have had them out again, but they had already scratched up my brand new Carerra marble floor with a toilet install so I was reluctant. Now, the faucet is leaking worse than it did before I called them the first time.I know it has been two years, but honestly, all of the other fixtures in the house are exactly the same as this one and are original (27 years old!) with no leaks. It doesn't seem right that I need to pay twice for the exact same repair. I thought I had a good relationship with this company as I also have a water filtration system I spent several thousand dollars on thru CF Plumbing. The owners wife, Rachelle was extremely helpful and pleasant when I was buying that. But today when I called CF Plumbing she started yelling(!!!) at me. She basically called me a liar and said she would be out of business if she had to warranty everything for longer than 60 days- (their policy). Keep in mind that this company charges top dollar for all of their work. Their bids were very high compared to everyone else. I thought I was paying more for the customer service. For example, the filters on the water filtration system cost $200 to replace each year(the filters themselves are on Amazon for $4.29). The last plumber I had out changed them for free (!) as it literally took him 5 minutes. Things will go sideways in any business. I understand that, but it's how you handle situations and customers when they are experiencing problems with your work that makes a company truly excellent- and one that others will come back to time and again- and even pay extra for. I can honestly say I will never use this company again- and I definitely would not recommend it.

Chris and his guys were awesome on one of my recent projects. Chris was called upon to replace old and dated fixtures in 7 bathrooms. He is very knowledgeable about the different brands and is very professional. He and his guys arrived on time and worked hard to minimize any inconvenience experienced by my client. She was very pleased with him and his crew. Even though he encountered some issues he communicated clearly to help us resolve them. Really positive experience for my client. I will definitely refer his services to my clients.

CF Plumbing is awesome. I am a general contractor who has used other plumbers from the Carlsbad and Encinitas area. CF Plumbing is definitely the best. As a contractor I expect more than the average home owner. They did it right. From the response time of the first call to the final walk through. Exceptional. The on site plumber was Tommy. Ask for him. He showed up early and was completely professional and knowledgeable. What ever they are paying him is not enough. His approach and customer service is priceless. I will definitely recommend CF Plumbing and use them again.

I went into my garage this morning and there it was....water all over the floor. My hot water heater had sprung a leak. I called CF Plumbing and within a very short period of time Mike arrived to replace the water heater and to repair a faucet leak. The repair took a couple of hours, but Mike was very professional and did an excellent job. Next time we need a plumber will we definitely call CJ Plumbing. Thanks again Mike.
