WOW- CHAD IS A TOTAL D-BAG & A SCAMMER!!! Do yourself a favor & save yourself a HUGE headache & find a different plumber! Not only is Chad is in need of some serious customer service skills & professionalism training (since he likes to let his temper fly like an impetulant child), but he also scams people badly, with a computer app that changes the bill to whatever amount he wants when he doesn't get his way!

Just because I didn't pay him IMMEDIATELY after the emergency plumbing situation (even though I was dealing with a huge catstrophe & on phone for hours, he didn't care- became very rude!) so this is what he does... he tells you one price, and then if he doesn't get paid that second, he starts going back on his word & then he uses this ""special"" app that somehow lets him change payment amounts on credit cards AFTER YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT... so even though I only put in a payment of $225 & IT SHOWED AS PAID IN FULL, I saw on my credit card bill that he changed the amount to over $400, $100 of which was work that was unfinished!!! I did a screen shot of the payment, but it doesn't show the amount paid, just says paid in full... which is very convenient for him because then he uses his slick little tool to change it to whatever amount he wants!!! This kind of fraud is unbelievable, and the fact that he gets away with is bullshit! I will not only be trying to dispute it with my credit card company (although without proof of the actual amount paid to begin with it may be difficult- but this is what he counts on!), but I will also be reporting him for fraud.

He is very quick to threaten that he will put a lien on your home if payment isn't received immediately, as if waiting until the next business day is too much to ask... As far as the work goes, he didn't even finish what he charged on the bill either, and he did a terrible job what he did do... no wonder my tenants didn't want him in there! WORST SERVICE FROM A PLUMBER EVER!!!

Chad went from as good as it gets - to we'll never use him again. I hate to downgrade so drastically - read, and judge if I'm fair.

Dec 18th, I contacted Chad to repair replace the handle and interior of our only toilet. He said he would order it. The 28th I contacted him again to see when he was available... the 30th at 10:30. Great, I thought...

I first texted him at 11; no text reply until after my 11:30 call - he said he would be there in 30 minutes (he'd been out late the night before). At 12:45, I finally got a hold of him. Supposedly, he was on a plumbing emergency - we mutually agreed he would come over at 3:00 PM. He couldn't make his third attempt,... and like every other time, didn't notify us either. At 4:00 PM, we decided we weren't going to use Chad again.

My tennants called 2 times. This guy both times he charged way too much $120 to snake (2"") ouside drain (normally $40). $330 for a main line. (normally $80) Other plumbers $90 max
Not recommented to anyone.

Chad was responsive and addressed the plumbing issue immediately. He is very knowledgeable and provided preventative strategies to avoid further issues. Highly recommended.

I cannot comment on Chad's expertise as a plumber because he never showed up for a scheduled appointment. Set the appointment with him days in advance, he asked me to text my address which I did immediately after the appointment was set. Waited and waited and Chad was a""no show."" Called an hour later and got a voicemail (left a message) which instructed that it was best to text him which I did. Still no response. Although his reviews reflect responsiveness, that was not my experience with Chad the plumber.

Chad came to our rescue after 'Plumber Tom' left my house saying that he was going to get more tools and never came back.
Chad not only responded to my call on a Saturday afternoon, but also came to my home in less than an hour.
We had a major sewer drain issue for the entire house and Chad was able to resolve everything in a few hours.
He was nice, professional and honest.
I highly recommend using his services!

Straight forward, easy to deal with plumber. No issues, just solved the problem even though he needed a home depot run. Will use him again!

The first time Chad came over, it was on a Sunday night at 8. He went to Home Depot to get the parts, had me send him a picture of the refrigerator set-up, then came and got our new refrigerator installed in about 15 minutes. And it was so cheap...such great service and he didn't gouge me!

Tonight's issue was the garbage disposal...it needed replacing. Chad called me from Home Depot to go over the options before he came by after 7pm. While he was here, he fixed a few other things in the kitchen sink area, without me even asking him to (or realizing that there was anything wrong with them!). He gave me useful information about using the disposal correctly, and was super friendly and chatty while he was here, just like last time. He even took a look at my water heater and let me know that I probably don't need to replace it for several years - how's that for honesty? He is going to be getting a lot of business from me!

Thank you CET Plumbing!! I have had several plumbers and none of them has been as reasonable and professional and as fast as as them. And on top of all that very respectful . For now on they are the only company I will ever use again. I recommend them to any and all!!

Chad is our home's ""plumbing angel"". After a devastating main line backup that flooded our home, we spent hours on the phone trying to find a plumber willing to help. Everyone was either ""too busy"" or wanted a ridiculous amount of money to ""try"" to clear the line. Chad answered his phone at 8pm and was at our house working into the night to clear our main line. He listened, explained everything that was going on with our plumbing, and ultimately got the line cleared- and rather than gouging us with a ridiculous price as we stood in an inch of poo water and completely overwhelmed by the state of our home- he charged us a totally fair price.
Later, he scoped our line with a camera, and provided documentation of his findings for our HOA, helping us understand how to prevent a similar flood in the future. Once our home was put back together after extensive renovations, he came back and found a number of short cut plumbing problems left by our contractor, and methodically fixed each one, checking all our faucets and kitchen plumbing to make sure we wouldn't have any more problems.
In total, from flood to final cleanup, Chad spent about 14 hrs working in our home over several weeks. He was always patient with us, answered all our questions, and paid attention to detail. He's a busy guy, so his timeline for arrival was sometimes off, but it was worth it to us to have the peace of mind that the job was being done right and we weren't being taken advantage of on price.
