No show on appointment. Had to go with someone else. No one replied to multiple phone and email contacts regarding status of technician; no one picked up the phone at the number listed on their webpage. Will not use or recommend this company.

DO NOT use CET!
CET sold the previous owners of our home an extended warranty for the AC unit they installed. When asked to repair a leak to the unit they told us they'd order the part and fix it in about 2 weeks time. After 3+ weeks, still no part, no update, nada and it was 90+ degrees. My baby, dog and I were melting (they have no heart)! When my husband finally called and spoke to someone, since they were clearly screening MY calls, they told him the part was still not in and they ""didn't have time to do our job"". Finally, I went to the supplier, who was very helpful, who told me that the part had been in stock for some time - CET had lied to me! And not only that but CET still wouldn't come to fix the job! They sold an extended warranty they never planned to fufill! Beware!!
