DO NOT USE THEM .ITS SCAM. Offer you a lowest quote , and ask you to pay $3000 in cash and didn't even solve any problem. Then ask you to redo a new one tank and charge more.

scammer worst to deal with give me quote for something else. They did not deliver their service. please save your money and call someone else. Do not. I repeat do not call them for service. They gave me a price to clean the cesspool $410 and they said they will charge me $295 to assess the issue and they came in close a trap cap and left saying there's no problem with the cesspool, still recommended when I ask them from the beginning to clean the cesspool. when I called their office, the lady did explain me everything, but she was rude, obnoxiously speaking to me, and even if I ask them that they can come back and clean, my cesspool did not want to adjust the fee. They have charged me.

We used them in the past and didn't see a problem using them again, however this will be the last time. As repeat customers who have spent thousands of dollars (unnecessarily if you ask me) I found them highly unprofessional when an issue arose. After spending $3,000 today our cesspool backed up a couple hours after they left after doing a load of laundry. This was after they claimed they drained all 3 tanks. My downstairs area flooded. We called and I do admit they responded quickly. The service manager came out in less than 30 minutes and discovered a clog that should have been addressed earlier in the day. After speaking with the owner Billy, I was left disappointed by the lack of unprofessionalism. He claimed he fixed our issue. If the issue was fixed, it wouldn't have back up. I was told that he will be here tomorrow to ""rip out"" the work that they did today. I requested a refund (wasn't expecting it all to be refunded but was expecting something to be done). Billy would hardly let me get a word and did not take my concern/complaint seriously. At this point feel like we were swindled out of thousands of dollars that did not need to be spent. Will not be using them again.

The owner, Joe came out and personally installed a new line w/clean out, septic and overflow tanks. He and his crew were so respectful our property: fence, shed, shrubs (he even tied back my beloved fig tree!) while having to dig up half our yard within tight spaces. Afterwards, they graded and raked the soil. Joe was such a nice guy, easy to talk to- he explained every step of this unexpected & daunting project and made me feel at ease. We felt for the tremendous amount of work that they did- the price was very fair. Good job!

Scam artists!!! Told me I needed a new system quoted 8,800 turns out I just needed it to be pumped. Thank god I had enough sense to get a second opinion.... how many people fall for this company and their scams? As you can see in the picture my cesspool was full to the brim!!! I wouldn't trust anything they have to say!!! Always get a second opinion when dealing with this company. If you are smart you wouldn't use them to begin with.

Cesspool pros were contacted to help identify what was wrong with our system. After the representative came and ran a camera ""through our system"" and reported that the camera only went 20 feet and that there was a crack in our pipe to the cesspool which we were told was 20 feet from the house. We were told that the cracked pipe needed to be dug up and we would need a new system. Needless to say, after a second opinion with another company, there was no crack in the pipe, the cesspool was over 75 feet from the house and just needed to be pumped. After calling the owner to let him know that we would not be using them for a new system because everything we were told by his technician who came out, he acted shocked and dismayed that something this incorrect could have happened and told us that the gentleman that had use the camera in our system would be back the next day with the refund of our down payment for the system we didn't need. More than 2 weeks later, we needed to call the office after not hearing from anyone. When it was all said and done, he only gave back half of the deposit and charged us for an incorrectly diagnosed visit and scope of 20% of my system.

Needless to say it seems as though the company must be really hard up for money and will do anything to get it. Tried to scam us into a new system and when they were called out on their mistakes and improper review of our system, still kept part of the money taken for a service we didn't need. The remaining money won't make or break us, but proceed with caution if attempting to use this company. The only reason we used this company is because they were recommended by a friend. If that's how a friend of a friend is treated, imagine what they would do to a complete stranger!

The serviceman was at my home within 30 mins after I called for service. The serviceman Tommy explain what he was doing to to clear my problem and let me know how to eliminate future problems. The price was reasonable compare to what my neighbors were charged for similar services by other companies. I definitely recommend this company.

The team at Cesspool Pros were excellent. My old cinder block cesspool was full and I wanted to replace it with a new one because I wasn't comfortable with the risk of collapse, especially since my kids play in the yard. The team arrived on our scheduled date to begin (excavator, flat bed with new cesspool and crew all showed up). As we were planning where the new system would go, I explained we're planning a home extension. Cesspool Pros told me I should wait until my new plans are approved by the town because it might trigger an upgrade to a Innovative / Alternative Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (I/A OWTS) per the Suffolk County Clean Water Act. The crew was honest and told me without approved permits, I have a risk the new cast concrete cesspool would need to be upgraded and they didn't want to see that happen. The Cesspool Pros crew went home that day and I had my old block pool pumped to hold us over until permits were granted......... Fast forward 1 year and my plans were finally approved by the town. I called Cesspool pros and we re-scheduled the job. Even though a year passed, they honored the April 2022 quote. They arrived again, on schedule, and replaced my cesspool. The work was done well and explained everything throughout the day.

Worst ever. Didn't show up on time rather 3 hours later then didn't empty the cesspool like we had called them for. A complete rip off and waste of time.
