This review is a WELL DESERVED Five Stars! I called Cesar from Cesar's Rooter Service about a back up in our plumbing. Because our house didn't have a proper clean out, he had to snake from the roof vent. After drain camera diagnosing, we discovered a block in our main drain line. We decided it was best to install a clean out and perform a Hydro Clean to our main drain.

Cesar worked with us and gave us a fair price! He and his team, Frank & Gus, did a great job! They had to dig out a depth of least five feet in our flowerbed and under our house to replace and tap into a ""very"" corroded drain line.

I highly recommend Cesar's Rooter Service for his great attitude and professionalism!!

I called this morning for my elderly dad who's toilet was clogged for 24 hrs and he could not fix it himself. I live in Orange County and my dad lives in LA County. He had it cleaned out previously in January by another company. That same company came out yesterday and tried to upsell him a 15k job of changing out the sewer line from the house to the street. My father had the pipe changed out a year prior. The rep who came out told my dad that was the only thing he could do to fix the situation. My dad said he could not afford that because he lives on a fixed income. So the rep left and told him to contact someone else to help him.

So that is what we did. I searched Yelp and contacted Cesar's Roto Service and spoke with Cesar directly. I explained what happened with my dad, and Cesar said he would go out and take care of it. He said he will contact me once he's there and assess the problem. I was putting my faith in Cesar not being able to be there so my dad wouldn't get taken advantage of. I texted him my father's information and he texted me when he was in his way. He got there and was able to get it unclogged. He called me once he was done and told me everything was good. I'm so glad that I found Cesar's Roto Service. Cesar was friendly, responsive, honest and I could tell he cares about his job and customer service. I would definitely recommend supporting his small business.

This is the second time I've had to call Cesar, and every time I'm highly satisfied! He answers the phone right away and answers any question we might have. He doesn't beat around the bush and gets right to the point. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Aside from all this, he's very reliable and comes in the time frame he sets up! Highly recommend!

I had a sewer main stoppage after-hours. Cesar came right out in less than an hour and cleared it for a very reasonable cost. I had him run a camera and he did a good job of showing me where the problems were (it turns out there were two) so I could figure out how best to fix them permanently. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely use him again.

Caesar came in response to our home's plumbing situation where roots have caused havoc in our pipes and pressure was building up. He ran a camera to gather valuable data and quickly proposed a quote on a Sunday evening after hours. His customer care alone is worth the 5 stars. Cesar provided excellent rooter service. Every few years our kitchen and laundry line requires a clean out due to lint, grease and food stuff that clogs the line. Cesar was able to come and do this service for us very professionally. He showed up on time as promised and followed Covid protocol s by wearing a mask. He was quickly able to unclog our line by running a 75-foot rooter line. He explained what we should do to try to keep the line clear for the future. His rate was reasonable. I have used four or five rooter service s over the past 25 years and Cesar's tied for the best. I recommend him.
