DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I am a custom home builder who gave Cesar an opportunity to work on a project ... a decision that I quickly regretted. He represented himself as licensed, bonded and insured ... he is not (we checked into it after the project began). In Maryland where the project was, it is actually illegal to represent yourself as a licensed contractor when you are not (punishable by fines and possible jail time). He forged permit paperwork and submitted falsified invoices. He continually lied regarding just about any and everything. His actual plumbing skills were the worst I've seen in decades in the industry and further evidenced by him failing his county plumbing inspections over and over and over again. Eventually, we had to take care of everything ourselves just so we could proceed and pass inspections. Cesar has no business being a plumber; at best maybe he could work as a laborer for someone who is actually qualified and legitimate. I wish I had seen beforehand the other bad reviews he also has here on Yelp. Hopefully this review will save someone the suffering and aggravation Cesar causes. DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I had a new kitchen faucet installed and am very pleased with the results. Prices are on par with other plumbing services in the area if not a little cheaper, good value for money.

Not sure how they are licensed in plumbing. They are untimely, blow deadlines, and do a bad job. Their plumbing leaks. They install plumbing in nonsensical ways.

I recommend never using them, you'll just have to pay someone else to redo it.

Cesar responded immediately with an estimate for a leak repair in a bathroom. It was great that he was able to come the next day in the morning. He arrived on time and wearing a mask which is very much appreciated for safety guidances. He did the repair fast.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. Scheduled and appointment then canceled 30 minutes before the appointment due to ""water outside"" and rescheduled for the next day. Then he no-showed the next day. Wouldn't even respond to calls/texts. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.
