These folks go above and beyond! I have been using CTC for years and have always been very satisfied with every aspect of their service. Recently my back flow device failed and Darrin went out of his way to fix it for a very reasonable price. I am grateful to have them as a reliable resource.

So my wife scheduled a backflow test and I have zero clue on what had transpired between her and this company. I was just home and opened my door at 6:30pm after a 12 hr shift at work. This fella called Darrin Fleming visibly upset for some unknown reason says he doesn't understand why we can't keep our backyard unlocked - also says he's a on route based thing. Darrin says the testing only takes 5 minutes and that we are getting a deal at $40...

So I guess he's complaining about $40 for 5 mins of work. Not recommended.

Next time according to Darrin, it'll be $100 for a scheduled testing. I let him know, I'll tell the wife that.

Again, don't know why he was so upset, but I would not recommend them just from this experience and will not be using them next year - also I will let my neighbors know not to use them.

Note to all the side hustlers: Be a backflow tester. $40 for 5 mins. $480/hr. Lol

Darrin and Crista were very quick to respond and set an appointment for backflow testing. Though I wasn't required to be home for the appointment, I spoke with Darrin while he was doing the testing and he was kind enough to explain everything he was doing and why. I was very appreciative of the explanation given this was the first time I've had to do this test on a sprinkler system and didn't know much about it. He was informative and assuring. Thank you Darrin and Crista! Recommended!

Darrin is the best backflow tester we've come across in our years as homeowners. He's the kind of guy that makes you feel at ease and he's extremely personable and easy to work with.
