We originally went with the wrong company. They (roto-rooter) half-assed the drain cleaning job and we went from a small overflow to a basement full of sewage. There was a lot of upselling and non-answers & in the meantime the basement kept flooding...

Mike came in with a snake & spent a few hours. When I asked questions he had intelligent answers. When I asked why no one else could figure it out, he kept it professional & just told me the steps he takes to do a good job. Also, he didn't leave until we stress-tested the hell out of it.

I don't know anything about plumbing but I do know a straight shooter with solid work ethic when I see one.

I had a clog in the piping, and I called Mike and described the situation to him over the phone, and he knew just based off my description exactly the problem. He answered my call too during a holiday. He came the next day with his crew and went right to the source of the problem. He cleared the line and the whole time he was explaining what was going on to me. He was very professional and friendly, kept the place clean, and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough positive things about a horrible thing that we experienced in our home. Our trap backed up and we had raw sewage in our basement and were unable to use our water. Mike the owner came to the rescue quickly and not only addressed the problem but but helped us identify why it was happening and helped prevent it from happening again. He also cleaned up and was so professional. Would use him and recommend him to everyone of my friends and family.
