I had a tankless water heater burst just hours before I was leaving town. Harvey and Tonya worked with me to meet one of my neighbors in my home while I was gone and stop the leak. Then when I got home he worked so hard to replace and upgrade my tankless water heater. He even fixed a pressure problem affecting my entire house that 2 other plumbers and the city were unable to resolve for the last 6 years! Harvey is the best. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to call him.

Honest, reliable and excellent work. Mr. Lewis has high tech equipment that helps him determine where the problem begins and ends so he is not jackhammering your concrete while guessing where the leak is--his equipment also tells him when the entire leak has been stopped. He helped us move some stuff in the garage, most plumbers will not and he did not take advantage of an elderly blind woman when others definitely would have. He also helped her repair something that makes her life much easier out of the goodness of his heart. I can not say enough good things about this man.

I found Certified Plumbing Works through the Noritz website of certified plumbers for their tankless systems. After making the call, I had a scheduled appointment the next morning. Harvey was on time, diagnosed the problems and had me back up & running that day. He was extremely thorough & knowledgeable. I found him to be honest & reliable. There were several other suggestions he made but only on an "if needed basis." These were larger price projects and may or may not be necessary depending on how the system reacted to the service he performed. I was experiencing an error code 90, which is a combustible problem. He dissembled the heater, blew out the ashes & we haven't had any problems since. He also called back the following day to confirm everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Harvey & Certified Plumbing Works!!

Called certified plumbing works to come out to service our noritz tankless water heater due to error code with the system. They were able to get us on their schedule within a day and the cost was comparable to the competition. Harvey came out to service our unit and was on time and very professional. We went with the platinum service since we are new homeowners and didnt know when it was serviced last. He went over everything in great detail and the work was performed in a timely manner. Great service and appreciate all his efforts. I would definitely recommend this company!

Harvey Lewis at Certified Plumbing did a fabulous job repairing our leaking tankless Noritz unit. All other plumbers wanted to just replace the entire unit, but Harvey worked with us to replace the leaking heat exchange. This meant taking the entire thing apart, replacing that part and then putting it all back together! It was a huge job that took and entire day....but he was super thorough, patient and did a great job! The next day we got error messages and no hot water. I was thinking we were going to end up having to replace the whole thing. But Harvey came back out and spent half a day trouble-shooting and found that there was a blockage in a line that was restricting the water flow out of the unit..causing it to shut down. Would never have guessed water flow would be the reason. Once line was cleared, we have been good ever since! He even swept my attic once he was done! Actually left it cleaner than when he started!!!
I HIGHLY recommend him for working on your tankless heater!!
