A few months ago, both of our showers were clogged. Found this company through Yelp. Called in the morning and was able to make an appointment in the pm. Jesse was very punctual. Told him the problem and he knew exactly what to do. He didn't even need to come inside to the house to look at the showers after my husband told him he tried snaking it. He looked at the pipes underneath the house and gave us a quote and got the job done. We are extremely pleased with his service. I'm so glad I found him on Yelp. I've used other plumbing companies in the past and this company is by far the most reasonable in price

Jesse, the owner, is the best! I needed a main line rooter on a Sunday. When toilet water backs up into the bathtub you've got a big problem! After calling Jesse he didn't know if he could get someone out there that day & I agreed to wait until Monday. I made the decision to wait after calling a bunch of other plumbers who do not work on Sundays.or they charge totally absurd prices. My situation was further compounded by the fact my house has no line clean-outs requiring a roof vent rooter. In a few hours Jesse called me back & said he would come by in 1/2 hr to check whether he could do the job. It turned out he could do the job at a fabulous price! I was so impressed I had him clean out the tub drain for an additional fee. He told me he didn't like ""leaving people hanging"" & wanted to fix my problem that day rather than Monday. IF YOU NEED PLUMBING WORK CALL JESSE FIRST!! He will save you big money $$$ and treat you like you would treat yourself.

Again, I called you and you made time for us. Jessie was booked till Friday, and I called today (Monday) and told him about my clogged shower, and he made it happen. He showed up to our house less than 3 hours later and took a few minutes to unclog my shower!!! Appreciate you Jessie!!! My family and I love your services!!!! Jessie did a simply excellent job on the clearing of our blocked drain. He delivered for LESS THAN HALF the price of the alternative plumber.

Jessie was extremely fast with the quote. He showed up 45 minutes after my call and that was only because I needed time to get back to the house. He was available in 10 minutes.

I received quotes from two other plumbers. The price was in the same range as the others but a little better. That wasn't the actual reason I went with him though. He was very clear on the cost and there was no uncertainty in the quote while the others gave a 'neighborhood' figure. On top of this, he was a very friendly guy. The work was completed the next day and done professionally.

On Sunday, we had a leak, or gush, in our water heater. I had looked on yelp to see what my options are. Jesse answered the phone and was really polite. He asked me to send him pictures of the inlets and the gas hookup for the existing heater, and told me the price.

When he got there, on time, the next morning, he went right to work removing the old water heater. He did notice that some of the plumbing was not straight, so he cut the pipe and made it correct. He also helped anchor and secure the water heater better as we are in earthquake country.

Jesse was a class act and very professional about things. I didn't think he was trying to pull any wool over me or upsell me in things I didn't need. He estimated 3 hours and finished in just over 2.

I have saved his number in my rolidex and would call him again for my plumbing issues.

I'm very impressed. I called at 2:30 p.m. and got a 3:30 p.m. appointment. My issue was fixed very quickly (and for a reasonable cost), and he even diagnosed another issue I was having around the house (for free) and told me what I needed to buy to fix it myself. I will definitely be calling again for any issues I have in the future.

I called Certified friday night regarding a clogged kitchen faucet and spoke with Jesse, he was able to show first thing Saturday morning and fixed the problem within 10 minutes! It turned to be water sediment in the faucet line. Jesse was very professional and polite, a good dude overall. He did not want to charge me which showed a lot of integrity on his part, he even showed me how to clean out the water heater to save future money. In a world of shady plumbing businesses, Jesse had fantastic service and was a good, efficient, honest professional guy. I would highly recommend to anyone!
