Jesse did several smaller projects for me before I had him give me a bid to replace the sewer line in my home. The bid he gave me is very reasonable and since I had the previous work done, I agreed to the bid. His men were on time and were very careful as they dug up my front yard plants and lawn. He kept me appraised of the work and when there was more work than anticipated he kept to his bid. The job took a day longer than we thought but, he would not take extra money. I cannot say enough about this company and his staff.

I called in the morning and have a repair appointment at 12pm to 2 pm. I took pm off and stayed home for this plumbing repair, I made three calls and left one message, nobody called me back. After time passed 3:20 pm. I called him again and mentioned my schedule, unfortunately, he totally forgot my appointment.

I submitted a request for quote using the form on their website. We wanted our sewer lateral reviewed with a camera to see if it has any problems and then fixed if it does. It's been weeks. They never responded. They might not do that kind of work, but if that's the case they should have responded to let me know.

My kitchen sink was backed up, and dishwasher was overflowing! I tried baking soda and vinegar, I tried a whole thing of Drano, and it was not helpful. I waved the white flag and decided to call Jesse, at 7:30am. Jesse called me back shortly after, and quickly came over to help me with it, and It was done before my workday even started.

He's super friendly, extremely efficient and professional, and he is amazing!!! It also didn't cost me an arm and a leg as I was anticipating.

He was so kind to even tell me my actual neighbor is also a plumber (oops? I never knew!) But it doesn't matter now-- Jesse is my new go-to for these issues now.

We've been living here for 50 years so we have had our fair share of plumbing problems. Well we ran into two separate rooter problems at the same time and called Certified Plumbing. Jesse called me back within the hour. The work he did for us turned out to be great, almost more than what we had expected, and the pricing was very very fair. On top of that Jesse is also a real nice guy. I can recommend Jesse and Certified Plumbing without hesitation. All the praise and recommendations here on Yelp are well deserved and I certainly will call Certified Plumbing again for our future needs.

Jessie is a plumber with a heart! He was the only person that responded to my urgent situation. 3 toilets backed up and sewage coming out of all the toilets. It was a terrible situation. He could hear the urgency in my voice and he rearranged his schedule to helps us. I will definitely call him again.
