WOW!!!!

We called Sunday evening to get help with a non-emergency issue (though one we wanted fixed sooner rather than later) we started to experience with 2 of our toilets.

Jesse and an assistant (sorry hubs didn't share his name) came out Monday late morning and quickly remedy the situations and offered suggestions to prevent reoccurrence going forward. They also checked our line to the street and confirmed that all was in top shape. :) Hubs was so impressed he tipped them both!

We've found our plumbers should another issue arise & highly recommend Jesse and CP&R!

Hands down the best service ever! I called Jesse and he was unable to see me at the time of the call but checked back with me and was able to walk me through a few things to tide me over for the next morning. Jesse and Will showed up and they were as professional as can be. They went the extra mile to make the least amount of intrusions to the house. They got the main line cleared in less than an hour! We had a kitchen plumbing leak which required an immediate fix. We called Jesse based on the Yelp reviews. He picked up immediately when I call. He was incredibly to work with and responsive. He went straight to our house. The repair was more involved than anticipated. He had to replace the existing shoddy plumbing job. The price was very fair. We could not be more pleased.

Amazing!! These guys came to my house, assessed the problem, fixed it quickly, and I wasn't broke after!
They also explained everything to me during the process, which I loved! I don't like it when workers come and just do the work without explaining anything. They even showed and explained how the pipes work, how the washer is connected to the kitchen sink and everything else in my home.
These guys are friendly, efficient and I highly recommend them to my neighbors!

We chose this plumber based on the great reviews, and everyone was right, Jesse is indeed the Prince of Plumbers. My mom's shower hadn't been snaked since the Carter administration, I'd just dropped an earring down the sink drain, (an earring my brother gave me that I actually liked), and he dropped the toothpaste cap down there. I figured some alligator was wearing my earring by the time I called the plumber.

Not only did Jesse get the shower in proper working order in lightening speed, he managed to vacuum up my earring and the toothpaste cap. He is very easy to talk to, the kind of person you feel like you've known for a long time. We will definitely call Certified Plumbing & Rooter the next time I drop something down the drain, which should be any day now. Highly Recommended!

The water plunger float thing in my toilet sprang a leak and was spraying water out of the back of the tank. I called Jesse and he tried to help me figure out what it was over the phone in case it was a simple hose disconnected. In my case it wasn't the hose but a different section and the whole plunger float thing inside had to be replaced. He was able to come same day, within an hour, and it took him less than 15 minutes to replace the thing and also replace the line from the pipe to the tank. He was quick, priced fairly, and did great work. I also appreciate that he was willing to help me over the phone in case it was an easy fix.

I had a problem with my kitchen faucet. The water was not flowing at all. I could not figure out what the issue was. Nothing worked. I called Certified Plumbing & Rooter. They were so busy I couldn't make an appointment with them any time soon. I spoke with Jesse and he kindly spent time helping me over the phone and it's fixed! Now I have running water in the kitchen! He could have said he's busy and couldn't come but instead he spent time explaining and helping me. I'm very grateful! I will for sure ask for his service again. Thank you so much.

So glad we found Jesse! He's come out several times for ""emergencies"" - first was the garage sink, then a quick simple repair to our front bathroom toilet before company arrived and recently replaced our water heater.
