Our kitchen drain was clogged. Called Certified gave me a next morning appointment, called before they came, arrived on time. Since we are social distancing they wore masks and gloves very courteous and quick. Would highly recommend. Thank you

After three days of going back and forth with Carrie that knows nothing about nothing, does not explain their payment policy, then has you have insurance company call her to verify payments of what they cover , as I already had that told to me by the insurance company, and then Carrie at Certified finally tells me after 10 phone calls and no return calls to me, since Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 as promised, now tells me after all this time, that they will not bill insurance company, I must pay upfront and then collect from the insurance company my pipe is still leaking under the slab of my house going on three weeks. They have an unprofessional office staff with no sense of urgency or competence of explaining their policies what so ever. I also asked to speak with Paul the owner on three occasions and he has never had the respect to call me either. Thank You from a Past Father Gabriel Council, Knights of Columbus member. I will never ever recommend this company to do any work at all. They have lost my business and any business as a Real Estate agent I would have given them.

Very professional staff. Company calls or texts when plumbers are on the way. Adner and Jason both professional and through. Price is very reasonable.

I had three other plumbing specialists that couldn't figure out my problem (including one of the big boys that still charged me after leaving me with raw sewage in my bathroom). Abner and Brandon came out (same day), solved the problem, and repaired an additional spigot, AND charged me less than the specialist who couldn't figure it out. LOVED THESE GUYS
