At Certified Plumbing, we are a family-operated company dedicated to serving both residential and commercial clients. Our licensed plumbers possess expertise in all areas of plumbing, whether it’s repairing a leaky faucet, unblocking a drain, or managing new builds and remodels. We pride ourselves on being efficient, timely, and dedicated to quality workmanship.

Witnessing the exploitation of customers by various companies led us to launch our own business focused on customer respect and service. Certified Plumbing began in a garage with a husband and wife duo in 2001. We have grown primarily through referrals, creating a vast network of happy homeowners. We entered the commercial plumbing market in 2003, collaborating with businesses like Family Dollar and Planet Fitness. Currently, we are a successful business focused on maintaining our foundation of honesty, integrity, and value.

I am Joe, co-owner of Certified Plumbing. My wife Shannon and I founded this company to provide customers with exceptional service for their investment. We found a path to make a living while utilizing our talents to help people. My primary aim is to instill my values in our five children and watch them thrive in their community. As a licensed contractor in Illinois and Indiana, I am committed to ongoing learning in the plumbing field through education and product seminars.
