Certified Plumbing is a family-run business serving both residential and commercial customers. Our skilled plumbers are experienced in every facet of plumbing, from fixing a dripping faucet to clearing a blocked drain, as well as handling new constructions and renovations. We take pride in our efficiency, timeliness, and the quality of our craftsmanship.

Witnessing the exploitation of customers by various companies led us to launch our own business focused on customer respect and service. In 2001, a husband and wife team launched Certified Plumbing from their garage. Much of our business has come from word-of-mouth, allowing us to build a strong network of satisfied homeowners. We entered the commercial plumbing market in 2003, collaborating with businesses like Family Dollar and Planet Fitness. Today, we continue to grow as a company, dedicated to our core values of honesty, integrity, and value.

My name is Joe, and I co-own Certified Plumbing. Together with my wife Shannon, I started this company to ensure customers receive the best service for their money. We realized we could support ourselves while applying our abilities to benefit others. I strive to pass on my values to our five children and see them succeed in their community. As a licensed contractor in Illinois and Indiana, I am committed to ongoing learning in the plumbing field through education and product seminars.
