So in July, Certified Plumbing who is contracted by Mark Downey properties came to our house on a sewer issue. The first time that they came out, they immediately without snaking the drain or anything assumed it was most likely a septic issue and instead of looking for a cleanout went to digging on the septic tank cover. He dug that up and left the giant septic tank open and called into Mark Downery and said it was a septic issue (which while digging, he was throwing sand on and inside my husbands grill!!!). The following day Boyett's septics service came out and laughed at the procedure. He also stated he had been out less two months earlier and done a cleanout and there was no possible way that it was a septic issue. So then they were asked to return. Nate, arrived close to if not at 5pm, was extremely rude again, my husband and our friend removed the toilets for Nate. Nate came in, brought a snake and only agreed to have time to correct the issue in one bathroom, even tho both bathrooms were having separate issues. He also did not put either of the toilets back on. He stated we would need to contact the property management company to resolve the issue. We had only lived in the home a few days at the time. I called this company to inform them of this horrendous attitude and shady work. The owner/manager of Certified Plumbing informed me, I didn't pay attention to my children and was just trying to look for a lazy way out of paying the bill. I was obviously clearly offended and immediately, very upset called Mark Downey and Associates about being treated so awful by another member of Certified Plumbing. Mark Downey asked me to no longer call them ever again, after only living in the property for a few days because I cursed and was obviously extremely upset by the way this company treated not only my home but me personally and without cause attacked my parenting without knowing lick about me. They have contracts in place with this very terrible, lazy plumbing company and said even if Nate did not complete the work they would have to honor their contract with this rude and entitled company. I wouldn't let these people in my home for any reason at ALL. I am a very inviting person and still months later I feel like this is the worst customer service I have ever gotten from any business EVER! If you are a renter whose management company has a deal in place with these people should you unfortunately need their services I would demand that your property management use another company. And if you are a homeowner or property management company that values quality work and the respect of yourself or tenants I would never even consider contracting this business.

I've used certified plumbing in the past and gave them a call today for another issue. They were able to come out the very next day and fix our plumbing problem. Very friendly and courteous. The technicians explained what was going on and gave us several options which was very helpful. I was glad they had the repair parts on their vehicle and did not have to make several trips back-and-forth. Thank you To Jennifer and the guys!! Job well done!!

These guys did a wonderful and quick job. Their office was friendly and professional and they were able to get us scheduled within 2 days. We had the gas line that connected to our oven repaired and they had it completed in half an hour. I will definitely use them again if needed.

We have an old house downtown thats in pretty bad condition with a very tight crawl space. When we spoke with the plumber we thought our leak could be between the house and road however Jonathan tested and discovered it was under the house. He squeezed under the house and replace the water line from on side to the other. So glad to have this fixed as the other plumber we called never even got back to us! Great service from Certified and Jonathan, he is an asset to your company!

I had an extensive water leak at a rental property. My water bill went from $50 a month to $180 - I called a well known plumber who told me I had to call a leak detection specialist, which they referred me to. The leak detection guy charged me $250 to """"find the leak"""". Then the plumber came out and """"fixed it"""" charging me over $300. They told me the leak was fixed. The next months water bill came in and again it was $180. I called the plumber back and they told me first of all that I should call the leak detection company and have them come back out, as there must be another leak, so I then called the leak detection service, and they told me that the plumber should've checked the meter when they finished the job to make sure it had stopped spinning and they would've come back out. This went back and forth with both parties pointing the finger at the other one, until they finally just told me that I would probably have to have the entire place re plumbed as the pipes were so old that there would probably be more and more leaks. They quoted me $2k to do the replacement. I then called Certified Plumbing for a second opinion and a price to re plumb my whole house, as they were referred to me by a friend. Mr. Smith came out the same day, listened to my whole saga, and after inspecting my pipes, the previous company's repair, he proceeded to dig up my yard for about 10 feet between the meter and the house and voila, they found one of the pipes were totally cracked, leaking large amounts of water out under ground. He replaced the pipe and also proceeded to check all the pipes, and told me that they were in good shape, not corroded or showing signs of needing to be replaced. He said I can give you an estimate to re pipe the whole house, but you don't need it. He charged me $268 for the whole job. They checked the meter and it had stopped spinning. This company has my business for life - I totally appreciate his honesty and integrity; and him solving my problem in a direct and knowledgeable way. I highly recommend them if you want to have someone with high integrity as your plumber.

Certified sent plumber out to remove and replace faucet did a excellent job, very nice , very clean and fair price. If you need plumbing work done call Certified Plumber's great people that do great work. Wayne Montgomery
