Steve D.Run . . Worst plumber ever!!. my home warranty company used him to replace a recirculating pump. They put the cheapest pump in without a timer. They provided me with a $4 plug in timer. They cased damage to my pop off value on top of the water heater, so the water heater was now leaking water. He wanted me to Fraud a claim so he could install a new water heater. Then he tells me later that he need $400 for the pump. they need to go pound sand!
Shannon D.I used Steven once before when we were in a pinch and the service was reasonably priced and quick, so that's why I called him back. We scheduled a service for the following day and he never showed up. I called twice, left a voicemail and sent a text message. NO RESPONSE!! I'm glad it wasn't an emergency. Very disappointed in the unprofessional lack of response.
