Jose assured me that he would beat all other quotes and do the best job. He quoted $350 to $400 which was the lowest by $100. After a series of ""unexpected findings"" the job ended up costing $950. . .$300 more than the highest of the other 3 quotes that I had received. I feel that Jose intentionally mislead me to get the job and then overcharged me.

However, that's not the worst part. He wanted my credit card info via text before he started the job, I refused due to the possibility fraud. We settled on a $200 deposit via Zelle. 5 minutes after he finished the job, he called me and said I need for you to send the balance. I told him my husband wanted to check the job and I would send the payment within 2 hours. He became quite frantic and demanded that I send him the money NOW! Things escalated very quickly and he became quite unprofessional in his demand for payment RIGHT NOW. He was yelling at me to the point that I disconnected the call. After the job was inspected and paid in full I asked for an invoice detailing cost (labor, materials, etc). Two days later he sent me an invoice with no breakdown of cost. . .just the total $950.

Lesson learned, sometimes it better to pay a little more for a professional no hassle job! The two stars is because the leak is fixed.

Would have given no stars, but had to give at least 1-star to get this review posted! Called Certified Plumbing and Drain yesterday for someone to come out and look at my clogged drains. A man answered the phone, but he was very hard to understand due to loud scraping background noise coming from his end of the line. I was gruffly told they had no time that day to come out, but that the secretary, or the office clerk, would call later to set up a time for the next morning. Waited all yesterday, and this morning...no return call...no show! Not a great way to earn a good business reputation. Don't plan on using this company again.

Our six year old water-heater went out and we called a lot of places but they never returned our call except for Roonys plumbing , their price was ok but needed money up front or in two payments of $800 which we didn't have. I'm a disabled Vietnam Veteran and on a fixed income. So I called Certified Plumbing and Drain and Pete Roman came out and quoted a $1400 price for replacement and allowed us to purchase the water heater with our Home Depot card and only charge the remainder with a personal check. Pete was really great same day service, we thank Certified Plumbing &Drain. Roonys was ok and polite and professional but on limited income we went with Certified Plumbing. Hot water now

Quick response, came out the next business day to use camera equipment in sewer line prior to house sale. Pete was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He looked at the sewer line, and wrote on the invoice(in very legible handwriting)his findings and recommendations, which I will copy and give to the prospective house buyers. The house is old, and I don't want to sell without full understanding of the state of the sewer line. I will not hesitate to call Cert Plumbing for any other plumbing related issues.

David came fixed my 2 bathroom stoppages he was super nice professional and informative..he let me know the issue and how he was repairing it step by step. He even offered to tighten up the toilet handle. I definitely will use and refer this company in the future.

I am a Senior who lives on a small fixed income . My neighbor had a leak in her driveway and the manager of our Senior MHP called Certified Plumbing to come out and fix the leak for my neighbor. In the process of fixing my neighbors leak this company did damage to my fence on my lot. The section of fence in question cost me $50.00 plus delivery fees. When the manage of our park called Jose at Certified Plumbing to complain on my behave he started screaming into the phone. He was more concerned about the cost it was going to cost him to come out and look at the damage His Company did to MY fence. He had no interest in making things right. I told him if he sent me $10.00 to replace the broken panels I would do the repairs my self. I hate people who take advantage of Seniors. I hate people who think they can do what ever they want and get away with it. Two week before this company came out my elderly neighbor had a new drive way laid in. You should see the mess they left her to clean up. Instead of a nice driveway looks like pigs have been rolling in her drive way.
Remember I never asked these People to come do anything for me yet I have to cover the cost of DAMAGE they did to my fence and my poor neighbor has to live with the mess they left her.

Called them a few weeks ago through another program, and the dude promised to come in next day for a quote.

Come the day of, No call No show. Utterly unprofessional. It's fine if you run late on some other appointment or can't make it for whatever reason, but you could at least have the common courtesy to leave a message on the phone.

Avoid at all cost! They are a waste of your time.

Unprofessional, do not know how to treat a customer, did not identify the problem properly; do not know how to discuss in an intelligent manner what the options are for the customer to decide on. They tried to insist the more expensive option was the way to resolve my plumbing issue which was NOT the case. Bad attitude caused me not to trust them to go forward and do the work.

Absolutely the worst. I called these folks last week for a blocked floor drain. The person who answered the call did not quote a price. I have always been quoted a price before by other companies and I have been trouble shooting blocked floor drains the last 9 years. The guy shows up and quotes me a ridiculously high price. I decline to use him and I called another company to take care of the problem.
The person who took care of the problem suggested I get my lines hydrojetted. He referred me to an expert in the field and little did I realize it would be this very same company. Now I was quoted a reasonable price. I decide to hire their services. The guy shows up in his truck and walks in and quotes me a different price. I once again decline their services. The guy calls his boss who wants to talk to me. The boss immediately starts abusing me using foul language I have only heard Robert De Niro use in those mafia movies.
I will never hire them ever. Beware of these folks.

These guys tried to sell me a new water heater when all it needed was a new thermocouple. They couldn't even identify the problem and still charged me $150...after I negotiated them down from $200. A good business is built on quality and integrity and I felt neither with this company.
