Bob came out to find the problem with my pool. He was friendly, on time and thorough. For several years, we have had to add water to the pool, weekly and in more recent days, daily. We had our pool store tech come out a few times and they assumed it was a problem with the skimmer, which may have been true at some point, but in more recent days water was leaking at an alarming rate. Bob checked for leaks in the pool plumbing and then in the pool itself. He found that when the pool was resurfaced about 10 years ago, the amount of sealant that should have been at the drain was incorrect and resolved the problem quickly by sealing the drain properly and it hasn't lost any water for 3 weeks now! When I think about all the water we have had to put in the pool over several years rather than getting the right person to actually find the problem and correct it, ugh, I could kick myself! Amazing Service! Our pool had a major leakage problem where instead of losing 3 inches of water we were losing 3 ft! Robert was recommended by another inspector and drove over a long way to help us identify the issue.
