We have used this company twice. Once for our front loading dryer, and recently, our refrigerator. Very affordable and knowledgeable. While making the recent appointment, the friendly lady told us a lot of information on problems with refrigerators. We learned more from her than the stores we shopped in. When they came to fix our refrigerator, they gave me the 101 on airflow, fixed the fridge and even looked at our standup freezer and gave me pointers to help it run more efficiently. Highly recommend CAP and will refer to my friends.

Had washer and freezer repaired within 90 minutes. Washer needed motor shifter and freezer needed drain heater tube. Tested items to ensure proper operation after repair on each, then returned units to their proper places. Very professional in explaining cause of problems, repair work, and tips on how to prevent future issues. Kept phone # and location logged on my phone and will definately call for any future issues on any other appliance, and I recomend this company to anyone in SE Indiana. Great job!!! Matthew C. Called to have my dryer checked because it had no heat. The technician said I needed a timer($225.00) without even checking any of my dryer parts with a meter. The part had to be ordered. It took 10 days for the timer to be installed. The dryer still did not have any heat, The dryer needed another part high limit thermostat ($15.00 ?), this part was on the truck. I feel like this was the part I needed and did not need a timer. After searching web sites on dryer repair I have found that it is very rare for a timer to go bad. The technician should have checked all parts with a meter, I would have had my dryer fixed the same day and it would have cost me $200.00 less.
