I've been putting off getting a new central air conditioning unit for years....primarily because of the (perceived) cost. But, the unit on my house was original and really struggled last summer.

Suck it up, buttercup.

I asked my electrician and he recommended Cerrone plus one other company (that I called but couldn't get in touch with anyone). Jake (not from State Farm) was my primary contact and was super helpful. He answered all of my stupid questions and provided a quote based on the needs of the house.

The price of the unit plus labor was more than reasonable. The team of two that did the installation were friendly and knowledgeable guys. I'm going to need a new furnace at some point and will most likely hit these guys up again.

They are a great company. There when you need them and their staff are professional and respect your home while their. Andy and Brandon did a great job installing a new A/C and other jobs at my house. The owner Joe did a great job choosing the right make and model to fit my home. Pricing is very fair.

We've used Cerrone for an HRV installation after getting 2 other quotes that were a little higher, but they were also the only one who was willing to address and fix the rusting valve on our water heater (not sure what previuos owner had done). They were also the only one who suggested the water heater was still in warranty and they could replace for just their labor.
Joe and his crew are all very polite and timely. We since had them just replace the water heater in just under an 1 1/2 hrs. Also serviced/cleaning of A/C unit (on time, polite and reasonably priced).
They call back, come when they say and do a great job!

I called the company and spoke with the owner Tony directly. He was very accommodating and was here the next day with a new water heater for us. They were a bit late but very apologetic about the emergency they had to attend to before heading over to my home. I would definitely use them again in the future.
