Thank you, thank you, thank you to Century Rooter and their awesome plumber Mack. Mack went above and beyond what I had ever could've hoped for and the bill I was handed was right at the quoted price. Over a year ago, my roommates had called a radio plumber and that price quote was a heart attack rate. The Century Rooter price was not only fair but Mack explained it all knowing I knew nothing about plumbing without trying to use smoke and mirrors. My roommate is a magician and I can spot these sorts of things miles away.

Anyhow, the leak in the shower was extremely problematic and after a few hours, Mack had completed the job and there's no more leak. I never thought fixing a plumbing issue would be this exciting, but it is.

Thank you, Mr. Doug Knight, for coming to our home and trying for so hard to get our kitchen drain pipe unclogged. You approached the clog from every angle at least twice and correctly diagnosed the problem in the design of the new bathroom's waste line. Only because our home has been sold, did we decline to make the proper repairs and just used a chemical treatment to unclog the line, which worked this time.

After trying to solve my problem for nearly two hours you thanked me for calling your company and departed, refusing to accept any payment for the work. I understand that, as a long-time family business person you adhere to principals that should outlive all of us...solid effort, fair dealing. But still you deserve at least some remuneration for your caring efforts.

I'm honored that the owner of the service company I have trusted for several years would make that call himself, though all of your people have given me the same level of service. We will be in another home before long and I'm sure that I will need your help again. Dialing Century Rooter and Plumbing may be the only way I can repay you for your kindness and professionalism.

Luis and Luis came out on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency call in my new apartment. They were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing services of any kind.

An update! Century Rooter came again to replace a damaged faucet in my bathroom. John came to help me, and he was amazing! He replaced the faucet with a new but identical version, and he was very courteous and hard working. He even took his shoes off unasked on the front porch so he wouldn't track dirt on my carpet, and he cleaned the floor and counter when he was done. All the stars for John! Thanks Century Rooter!

I have called this company twice, once on Easter and they were available for emergency water heater repair; once this summer after the gas company reported an issue. Prompt, friendly, helpful. Paid $85 for Ernesto's service call today - a simple fix, no salesman tactics trying to sell a new appliance, only friendly tips on how to do some maintenance at my home. Highly recommend this company.

Called for help in clearing a main drain in our basement. Within 3 hours, John, arrived to inspect and give reasonable estimate. When we needed help getting our backflow device and inspection taken care of the folks at Century Rooter could not have been better. Appointment scheduler was friendly and efficient, the guys came when they said would, and most, importantly, they helped us get to the bottom of what was really wrong with our device, which was really nothing major. We had gotten estimates from two other plumbers (including Arroyo - [believe their Yelp reviews]) for many hundreds of dollars but the guys from Century were able to find an easy solution at a very reasonable price. Device passed and all is well. They are the first plumber we will call if anything is ever actually broken.

Had a drain get clogged and needed a simple snake. Called around and got the run around from a couple other places. Actually scheduled another plumber but he was a no show. Tried again with century rooter and they were very responsive, scheduled an appointment the same day and the plumber came promptly on time. He completed the task quickly and with very cordial manners, which, believe it or not, is not that common amongst the plumbers I've used in the past. Shocking I know...but yeah try these guys out if you've got a clog or similar related plumbing issue. Pricing was reasonable and service was excellent. I'm going to put them in my list of go to plumbers if I need one again. You should too instead of wasting your valuable time waiting around for the other guys. Avoid the disappointment that I had to go through.
