This is without a doubt the best bunch of people I've ever used in my home. We had a main sewer back up that is nasty if you haven't experienced it. I called and within a couple of hours they had one of the nicest and most professional plumbers knocking at my door. He was gentlemanly, properly masked and extremely knowledgeable. Apparently, the blockage either cleared itself prior to his arrival or perhaps was created by something transient. Michael could have snaked the pipes and charged me for a superficial ""repair,"" but he explained how the drainage worked and told me exactly what it would take to actually clean out the main sewer line. He literally walked around the property to determine whether we had main sewer line access, which we don't. Neither he, nor I can tell exactly which direction the sewer runs from our home, but after running the water from an upstairs shower for a long time, I was satisfied that whatever had caused the back up, had cleared. I asked what the charge would be and Michael said, ""we'll just let it slide since we didn't do anything."" What? You have to be kidding me! A plumber comes to your home and honestly tells you that the problem cleared itself and then doesn't charge you? I wanna tell you, this is exactly the type of company you want to do business with. They are all terrific people, from the moment you call their office to the time a knowledgeable plumbing technician walks out of your home.

Here's the bottom line. I found a plumbing company that is quick, honest, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. By the way, with Covid-19 floating around, Michael came in with a mask on and did everything in his power to maintain social distancing. I will absolutely use Century Rooter for all of my plumbing needs from this day forward. In fact, I have some faucets and toilets in need of replacement and they will be doing it.

If you need a great plumbing company in the San Gabriel Valley, this one is for you.

My experience with Century Rooter has been a long and a fruitful one. I first called Century Rooter due to an extreme roots in my clay drainage pipe. Thankfully, Luis came into my life and after our 3 day interactions we discovered that we were at the same concerts together, which was a great bonding point. He was extremely precise, highly skilled, efficient and a treasure to Century Rooter. Months later my pipes are still clear 100% legit work. 5 Stars for Luis!

Had Carlos come out to give me a bid on installing 3 new toilets. 2 were upstairs and 1 downstairs. I knew it would be pricey as this was the first toilet replacement since my house was built in 1968.
Ashley from century rooter got back to me a few days later with Carlos's ""out the door"" price. Let's just say, it was very very fair. Considering he needed to bring a helper, I requested the 3 toilets be ADA approved since I wanted them higher, plus labor, plus the toilet seats, plus tax and plus haul away.
When Carlos was done, all 3 toilets were installed neatly, working perfectly, the caulking around the bases was clean and he and his partner left each bathroom clean and neat.
Although I can't recommend other plumbers from Century Rooter, only because I don't know their work, I can highly recommend Carlos and his assistant that day from Century Rooter.
A company is only as good as its employees no matter how much it spends on advertising. I have no qualms about using Century Rooter in the future, nor do I have any problem recommending them to my family and friends.

Additionally, I'm giving Century Rooter 4 stars only because I don't believe in 0 or 5 stars.

Century Rooter quickly responded to my request to install a line so I could use the icemaker in my new fridge. The plumber they sent out explained his estimate, then got the job done well and quickly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, low-key. Felt very comfortable with him in my home. Also happy to support an established family business.

Very fast and great work.I got a pipe leaking infront of the yard.Luis came and fixed right the way.Now it work well.And I got the root in the pipe too so Steve came to fix it.He did an excellent job.The price is reasonable.He is professional and hard work.So now I have a new pipe and no worry about the root in there.Highly recommend!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Century Rooter and their awesome plumber Mack. Mack went above and beyond what I had ever could've hoped for and the bill I was handed was right at the quoted price. Over a year ago, my roommates had called a radio plumber and that price quote was a heart attack rate. The Century Rooter price was not only fair but Mack explained it all knowing I knew nothing about plumbing without trying to use smoke and mirrors. My roommate is a magician and I can spot these sorts of things miles away.

Anyhow, the leak in the shower was extremely problematic and after a few hours, Mack had completed the job and there's no more leak. I never thought fixing a plumbing issue would be this exciting, but it is.
