I love this company. As an apartment manager for 17 years they are my favorite vendors. They ALWAYS show up on time. And they have great communication if they're running behind. I've never encountered a rude employee. (James, Ernesto. All of them. They're so nice and professional!) Now that we are moving into a house I'm happy to continue to use them. CENTURY ROOTER ROCKS!!!!! This is the 5th time we've called Century and they did an excellent job once again, so figured I'd finally write a review on them. Can't say enough good things about this company! First, their dispatch/office manager Wendy is great. She picks up the phone on barely the 2nd ring, and asks you whats wrong and gets one of her guys there fast. She is on the ball, and will always call you when the plumber is approx 30 minutes out so you can be there (I'm always coming from work, so this is awesome for me).

1.) First time we needed our front bathroom tub fixed, it didn't drain properly and the tub faucet fell off! We had just moved in and was referred to them by our agent, and they did the fix for free!
2.) Our sewer water was backing up into our showers (ewwwww) so we needed them to come out quick and get it fixed. Came same day and fixed it right away. So nice to not have poopy water in your shower right?!
3.) Went to the garage to get laundry done, and our water heater burst and water was everywhere. Uuuuuuuuugh. This was at 7pm at night, so we called and they came out first thing in the morning to install a brand new one.
4.) Got a ticket from the city June 2015 saying we had a leak and it was our fault, need to have it fixed for water conservation/drought rules. Called Century, they came the very next day, went to the street to look at the leak, and said it was, in fact, on the cities side. Because the plumber was experienced, he knew EXACTLY what side was theirs/ours. He even called a guy from the city who came to our house right away and confirmed it was the cities side/fault. Century didn't charge us for the call or diagnosis.
5.) Leaky shower and hot water in the sink wasn't working. Wendy said the tech would be there between 10 and noon, and he arrived promptly at 9:58am. After 15 minutes, he said the shower needed new seats and rubber valves, and replaced those. Then he checked the sink to see why the hot water wasn't flowing out properly. Ended up that we just needed a new sink fixture, the hot water side of ours had calcified and was completely blocked. Everything was done in 2 hours and we had what felt like a whole new bathroom again. Thanks Uzi!

CONCLUSION - this is an honest, professional plumbing company with many years of residential and commercial experience. They provide quick service, and they don't gouge you on price. Their techs are all so nice and professional and they are very knowledgeable. They should wear Superman t-shirts under their uniforms-they always save the day! The plumbers always come equipped with everything they need to make the repair so you can have your house fixed and get on with your life. If you are in the Arcadia/Duarte/Monrovia area, there really is no reason to go with anyone else.

The water in my tub had been draining slowly but I was dealing with it. I finally had to call a plumber when it got to the point I was standing in a couple inches of water. To my surprise, my apartment owner wouldn't pay for the plumber, saying it was my responsibility. I was so relieved to find out their rate! David came out and did a great job in just a few minutes. The person who scheduled the appointment was also very professional and friendly, calling me before the appointment to let me know when the plumber would arrive. I will definitely use Century Rooter again if I need a plumber!!

Guys at Century Rooter is always very reliable. Had a bad leak in my water heater and called them midnight. We turned off the main and left early next day for church. By the time we returned they had the leak taken care of as if nothing had happened. Great and honest company. Have dealt with them close to 20 years. Thank you for great services.

These guys are great. I have used them a few times in the past few years, and more recently to clear a blocked drain and fix a broken pipe. Very efficient and reasonably priced. David was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommended.

We had a clogged toilet and backed up shower in our home. James came out and cleared the pipes and everything was working great. James removed approximately 6 feet of old tree roots that broke through the pipes. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Century rooter will be the pluming company we call for all future pluming service and I will ask for James every time! Thanks again for your help.

Top Notch service!
I had an after hour emergency and called Century Rooter. James responded to the call in the middle of the night and showed up in a very timely matter, which saved me a lot of money in water damage being avoided. He addressed the situation immediately. He was also kind enough to explain what he was doing and showed me where and how to turn off the water main in case I ever had an emergency again. He returned the next day, first thing in the morning, and had our toilet issue fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. I wont use anyone else but Century Rooter. thank James.
