This month Century Rooter came out to my residence twice. The first time, Devin came out to unclog my bathtub. He was very professional. . The second time, , Luis came out and fixed a kitchen sink leak and clogged toilet. He was also very professional .
Both of these technicians got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend your company.

I hired them to fix a leak in a condo that was damaging the neighbors garage. They determined it was the toilet seal. However they never confirmed and I had to hire a restoration company to fix the joint leak in the pipe that was actually the problem. They seemed to be responsive but I just waisted my money.

Super nice people. Had to get my clean out snaked due to roots and they came within a couple hours of my phone call on a rainy Monday morning. The plumber even waited for me when I had to rush home from work because the power source outside my home wasn't working and we needed to figure something else out. I Called to get a repair on something that Century had already repaired twice, this time it would cost twice as much because their last technician stripped the screw, and now there would have to be cutting involved . I was upset called management and they told me they didn't want to do business with me anymore. What a Way to guarantee your work. It's a shame that customer service is not important to Century Rooter.

We recently had a significant early morning plumbing challenge, at 5 AM, on a Saturday. Within minutes of calling Century Rooter, they dispatched personnel that arrived within an hour. Uzziel Ambriz, plumber extraordinaire, spent his morning doing a fabulous job fixing our water heater. He was efficient, friendly, honest, and magically, had the water heater replaced within hours. We are grateful for his efforts and would highly recommend Uzziel and Century Rooter to those seeking plumbing services.

This company is the best! I called in the morning and they were able to come to my condo that same day to fix a leaky sink. I asked about the main shut off which was actually a bigger job and Ernesto was able to fix that too. same day, reasonably priced, very efficient and reliable. My go to plumber from now on. Although they are located in Monrovia they service San Dimas, Glendora and Covina (maybe further)

My family and I have used their services on three separate occasions over the past few years. These guys are great!

The first time was to unclog a shower drain at our rental property that our usual plumber said he could not unclog because he did not have a snake long enough to do the job. We then turned to Century Rooter because of the good reviews on Yelp. When the Century Rooter representative showed up, he was able to unclog the drain in ten minutes!

The second time we called Century Rooter was around a year later to unclog a shower drain again. Not only did they unclog the drain quickly again, the elderly gentleman who came that time was also able to fix the leaking water heater. Our other plumber said that the leak could not be fixed and that we would need to replace the entire water heater even though we had just recently installed that new water heater. The Century Rooter gentleman took a look at the water heater and said he could fix it, and he did on the same day for a very reasonable price!

The latest time we called Century Rooter was last Thursday when the water heater at our house stopped heating the water. We first called another plumber that our friend said he used, and that plumber arrived over an hour late, took a look at the water heater, removed some lines to the pilot assembly (?), and then told us to go online to order a replacement pilot assembly kit. He then kind of left us hanging. We had no idea what pilot assembly kit to order or who to order it from, because apparently they are all different for different water heaters, and we didn't want to order the wrong one because apparently the wrong assembly kit can cause an explosion?!

Our water heater was also just a little over a year old, so should still have been under warranty, but we had no idea how to claim that warranty. We have a Rheem water heater that we purchased from Home Depot, and the Rheem website only provided instructions to contact their ""pro partner"" whose Yelp reviews made me hesitant to contact any of them. We also tried just going to Rheem's parts website and ordering the pilot assembly replacement kit ourselves but clicking the part only led to a 404 error page. Trying to buy the part online using the parts code from the Rheem website only led to third party websites that said the part was discontinued.

At the end of our rope, my dad remembered the guy from Century Rooter who fixed the rental property's water heater easily, so we gave Century Rooter a call. Devin and Luis arrived at our property on Friday to take a look at the water heater. Luis explained that we would need to order the parts from Rheem and Rheem would need to ship them to us, which would take 1-2 days if we expedite the shipping. Luis also explained that although Rheem and Bradford White have about the same quality in terms of water heater tanks, Rheem's replacement parts always took longer to arrive, while Bradford White, the water heater brand Century Rooter installs, would usually be able to send the parts much more quickly. Luis then said that either he could contact Rheem for us to get the replacement part, or we could contact Rheem ourselves. We asked Luis to contact Rheem for us, since we had no idea what we were doing. He did, and the replacement part arrived today (Monday). We called Century Rooter five minutes after FedEx delivered the replacement part, and Century Rooter said Luis would arrive in 30 minutes to fix the water heater.

Luis arrived on time and fixed the water heater! He also said that since the water heater was still under warranty, the parts and the expedited shipping were all covered by Rheem, so we just paid Luis for the labor. Wow! We should have just called Century Rooter from the first instead of stressing out about ordering parts and getting our warranty coverage.

We're just going to call Century Rooter instead of going through any other ""plumber"" next time!

We own Foothill Gym in Monrovia and recently moved into our new building. Lots to fix including plumbing. Century Rooter were simply awesome. Made what seemed like a complicated amount of work simple. And extremely reasonable pricing.
They came and gave a rough estimate of time and costs. Returned next day and finished up the job. Even mopped the floors. Spotless.
