Look, no one loves their plumber. But this company seems to be pretty good and reliable and know what they are doing. I am a landlord of a few properties and they are fairly easy to work with as well.

I have used your plumbing company just about 4 times now. Up until this last service, I have been satisfied with all your work.

This last service calI was on a Saturday. I knew and understood it would be overtime. When I called, I was quoted $202. He was to run a snake for 30 feet and I knew that would fix the problem. I figured for that amount of money, it was good value for coming out on a Saturday.

After their plumber, Alex, snaked my pipe, he said he would fix toilet bowl wax gadget while he here, as if not a big deal. I agreed, thinking gaskets are inexpensive, he probably had the part in his truck, its not more than a 1/2 hour job and he offered - it shouldnt be a big fix.

To my surprise, when I received the invoice, I realized he wasn't being helpful, he had upsold me!! I was charged $225 just for the gasket fix. The way he presented it to me didn't seem like a big deal. For that amount of money, I could of fixed myself. My fault for not asking how much. Alex and Century Rooter's fault for not being upfront and sharing cost before service. I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

I called Century Rooter afterwards to inquire about gasket service and hourly rate. She said they don't have any hourly rate and really didn't seem to care that I had a issue with their invoice. I was very disappointed with the way it was handled. Not sure where the ""empathy and understanding"" touted on your Yelp site was at. I felt I was taken advantage of and as mentioned above, felt upsold. Coming from a family owned retail business to another small owned business, what ever happen to customer service and how can we make it right. Please take this as a BUYER BEWARE. Going forward, there are plenty of other plumbing companies to choose from.

This company is very helpful! Michael came out and did a professional job with both our HOA Backflow Irrigation testing and my home testing of Fire Sprinklers! When I misplaced both forms, Michael knew what he was doing and able to locate both units plus recreated the forms! Thank you, Jamie to my rescue as I had mixed up my appointments! Also, I want to thank Jamie who helped out, as well!

This month Century Rooter came out to my residence twice. The first time, Devin came out to unclog my bathtub. He was very professional. . The second time, , Luis came out and fixed a kitchen sink leak and clogged toilet. He was also very professional .
Both of these technicians got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend your company.

I hired them to fix a leak in a condo that was damaging the neighbors garage. They determined it was the toilet seal. However they never confirmed and I had to hire a restoration company to fix the joint leak in the pipe that was actually the problem. They seemed to be responsive but I just waisted my money.

Super nice people. Had to get my clean out snaked due to roots and they came within a couple hours of my phone call on a rainy Monday morning. The plumber even waited for me when I had to rush home from work because the power source outside my home wasn't working and we needed to figure something else out. They let me pay the bill over the phone the next morning.

I Called to get a repair on something that Century had already repaired twice, this time it would cost twice as much because their last technician stripped the screw, and now there would have to be cutting involved . I was upset called management and they told me they didn't want to do business with me anymore. What a Way to guarantee your work. It's a shame that customer service is not important to Century Rooter.

We recently had a significant early morning plumbing challenge, at 5 AM, on a Saturday. Within minutes of calling Century Rooter, they dispatched personnel that arrived within an hour. Uzziel Ambriz, plumber extraordinaire, spent his morning doing a fabulous job fixing our water heater. He was efficient, friendly, honest, and magically, had the water heater replaced within hours. We are grateful for his efforts and would highly recommend Uzziel and Century Rooter to those seeking plumbing services.
