Honestly, they didn't do anything but that's why they get 5 stars! We had an issue and they were recommended by our plumber who is almost an uncle to our kids we've used him so long.

In any case, they came out any maybe charged $25 to assess the issue but that was it! They said it all looked good and did nothing. I was skeptical but the issue seemed to resolve on its own. That was about 6 months or so ago. I've been meaning to write this for a while.

I am so disappointed how unprofessional the worker was. He was working on my parking spot in the condominium building. His ladder was on my spot and when he saw me waiting for him to remove it, he completely ignored me and I called him twice. After second time he responded to me and I asked him what is going ? He said nothing! And I asked him don't you think that I should know if there is leakage over my car. He was completely annoyed by the question. This is the second time seems he is annoyed by my question and completely trying to ignore. Very unprofessional!

This company is a joy to work with. I called them because my kitchen sink drains were stopped up and they sent Robert out within about an hour and a half. Robert was pleasant and informative and got the job done in less than an hour. Excellent service! Thank you!

Over the last 5 or 6 years we've used Century the 3 or so times our drains needed to be cleaned out. Most recently this month.

They arrive as promised, pricing is fair, they do the work that needs to be done efficiently, are polite...our experience has been extremely positive. Its nice to do business with a firm I have confidence in.

This company is super quick in response time and very knowledgeable. They were able to explain what needed to be done and gave alternatives when I couldn't afford the more expensive option. I know I'll need to call them again for the real fix, but it's nice that I got a decent temporary fix for the time being while I save up for the big endeavour. I'll always recommend these guys, hands down.

The roots from the bushes in front of our house get into our main drain every few years. I call this place and they come right out and get things moving again. No hassle, no upselling and trying to rip you off like some drain services.
