I had the best experience with Capri Engineering. I had an emergency with a leaking toilet and needed a replacement asap, and Mark responded very quickly, came within a few hours with a new toilet and installed it quickly, I was saved! Not to mention their price is very reasonable. I'm so glad I found them, I will definitely be using their services again in the future! Thanks Mark!

Mark and team were life savers. My kitchen drain was leaking and they came out right away to help us address it. Things I really liked about them were:

1. Prompt - they were the first to call me when I had an issue
2. Friendly - they were nice to me and my dad throughout the whole visit
3. Pricing is a lot less than their competitors. More people should be using these guys.

Mark and his associate, Brian, absolutely saved us last Friday after an ""emergency"" plumber left us in the lurch.

Long story short, we had a clogged and perpetually-running toilet, which meant that the bowl would fill up and risk overflowing, so once an hour, all night long, I set an alarm and went to go manually empty the toilet with a bucket. By 645am, on 45min of sleep, I was DONE. I sent out a desperate message on Yelp. Mark replied in 10min. By 7am, we had a plan.

Allowing for travel time and parts acquisition (better to get stuff in advance and show up slightly later than show up earlier, only to have to go back out for a part), they showed up at 9am, and our ""little toilet problem"" had revealed itself to be a ""big clog problem"", with our tub backing up, and water leaking from the living room ceiling downstairs AND the garage ceiling. But they fixed it all! Toilet valve was fixed, so it no longer perpetually runs, the clog has been eliminated, and the leaks stopped.

A problem like this is par for the course with a plumber. Having said that, there are two distinct points I should make to really highlight why Capri Engineering is special:

1. Mark explained everything to me, step by step, clearly and professionally--not just what the problem was and how it would be fixed, but he also taught me some basic plumbing preventative measures, WITHOUT patronizing me. As a woman, this is actually really important.

2. Capri isn't just plumbing, they do it ALL. Our ceiling is, miraculously, generally ok, but if it wasn't, they'd be able to come back and repair it just as easily as the plumbing.

Think of Capri Engineering as a general contractor--i.e., someone who handles plumbing AND electrical AND construnction--who happens to respond to emergency calls. Now, think of how many companies you know who actually do that. You usually get one or the other, but not both, unless they're limited to one kind of service. That's what makes Capri so special: they're a one-stop shop that ACTUALLY gets the job done. ALL the jobs, in fact.

The day after New Year's, my stepmom had an issue with her pipes backing up. Couldn't use the restroom or wash dishes, as it affected multiple locations. I decided to take measures into my own hands to help her and my family get the house ""right"" again.

It's rough when the holiday season hits and you need professional help, I hoped for the best. I used the Yelp feature to post my job listing to multiple companies, but Capri reached out to me first saying that they could come same day. We coordinated a time and the details with Mark and he drove up from San Jose to fix the situation.

We were very pleased with the same day service, they were able to get the pipes cleared and everything back to normal. Very happy with the service that they provided, but Mark and his coworker were just really cool people overall.

I had a system that needed to be disassembled and sent back to the manufacturer for service. I was no longer on good terms with my installer. Mark stepped in and took on the challenge. I sent him the manual of the system and he was able to come down with one of his workers and disassemble my system and pack it for shipping back to the manufacturer. In all, a great experience. Mark is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Looking forward to having him reinstall my system once its is back from the manufacturer. I would whole heartedly recommend working with him.

Marco was excellent, he understood how I wanted the job done and he executed it perfectly. He took the time to review the options and discuss the benefits of each option. If you use Capri Engineering you will be pleased with the results. There is a reason why he is so booked out but he was very responsive to get my job done even working on Sunday.

Contacted Mark the owner to replace an outdoor pvc system near my pool house with copper so it lasts and also replace a faulty house shutoff valve. He and his team provided an excellent and reasonable quote and timing for services and did an outstanding job. Highly reliable / flexible and excellent communicator!

I had a great experience working with Mark. We'd been having issues with the heat in our shower and needed a cartridge replacement. Most plumbers weren't willing to work with our build (WaterWorks) but Mark did bespoke research to help us find the right part - and fit us in late in the evening. Really talented engineer and great person.
