I was quoted $450 to scope my sewer lateral. Was supposed to arrive at 9am, no show. I called to ask for status (they didnt call me to check on the address), they transposed the address numbers and went to the wrong address. ""Mark"" said they'd arrive in a few hours, that he had a tech in Daly City. At 3pm I messaged asking for an eta and Mark said they could come between 430-500pm though he could come the next day at 8am himself, thay he preferred to work in the light (fyi, its still light at 5pm). I said 9am would be better and that was the plan. A half hour later, because I felt uneasy about what had transpired, I asked him to confirm the price and he messaged back saying he would discount me $100 for the inconvenience and would charge $400. Sorry Mark, $450 minus $100 is not $400. At that point, I canceled them completely. Completely unprofessional, I wouldn't have them scope my dog house. Good riddance.

I had a sewage pipe leak in the crawl space of my basement.
Mark was one of four quotes that I got from some local plumbers. He was super friendly and explained exactly what needed to be done for the job. The other guys said they had to break through the bathroom wall and some even quoted me over twice what he quoted.

As soon as I decided to go with Capri, I texted Mark and he responded right away. He was able to get me an appointment the very next day! Edwin was the technician and he was very fast and efficient.

Anyway, I'm very happy with the job and glad to know that I have a reliable plumber for any future issues or projects.

My tenant had a clogged bathroom sink, so I contacted Mark. He came the next day to clean the pipe with hydrojetting. He even explained how hydrojetting works and why it's better for your drain pipe than the traditional snake method. He completed the job super quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his service.
