My pressure relief valve on my water heater was broken. That's the valve that connects to the outside pipe that you see. It was hot water spewing out on the ground. The big companies wanted to send a sales rep out for an assessment and do to much. Jose came out same day for an assessment. He ordered the part, and came back the next day and fixed it! I highly recommend Jose and Central Plumbing & Rooter for all of your plumbing needs.

Jose was amazing! A plumbing expert. He is very professional and knowledge. He responded to my call promptly and did a great work next day as scheduled. Jose fixed my broken drainpipe for the sinks of the bathroom, and he installed a condensation water pipe for the furnace. All works are done inside the crawl basement. The price is reasonable too. I will definitely call him again when I need plumbing service in the future.

Highly recommend! I had an issue with the water from the laundry room overflowing that another plumber couldn't resolve, even after snaking the pipes. Jose was extremely knowledgable and patient, and took the time to walk me through his diagnosis step by step. In the end, he was able to resolve the issue without needing to replace or repair anything. And he didn't even charge me for the trip. That's what I call service! Super trustworthy--I will be calling Jose from now on for any plumbing issues.

Jose was awesome. I got the sense when we first met that he really cares about doing things well and properly.

I had to get some old plumbing replaced to install a water leak sensor/shutoff. Unfortunately, the bit of plumbing was embedded in some decorative brick. Jose came up with a great solution and did a fantastic job making it look neat and tidy. Truly above and beyond. I could tell he really cared about the quality of his work and it came through in the finished product. 10/10

After dealing with 3 different plumbers who were sent via my home warranty and refused to unclog my kitchen sink and bathtub. I reached out to Centro Plumbing & Rooter. Jose is the Plummer and owner of the company with 16 years of experience and it showed. He quickly picked up the phone and was willing to check out the problem that same day. When Jose arrived he was ready to work asking all the right questions to figure out where the problem was coming from. He had no problem going into the crawlspace taking photos and explaining to me the issue of the blockage. Jose was able to unclog the sink and tub without a cleanout, fix the plumbing that was leaking underneath the sink, and fix the garbage disposal. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful for his hard work.

My bathtub was clogged in both bathrooms, and I also was experiencing a leak under our kitchen sink. Jose responded promptly. We set up an appointment for early the next morning and he arrived on time. He was able to identify the issue, even though the problem was bigger than I initially thought he was thorough and sharing the issues. He took pictures and walked me through the issue. He returned the next day completed the work and went above and beyond. He upgraded additional pipes because it was needed without charge. He was excellent to worth with and of recommend him highly. He fair and reasonably priced. I will use in future.

I found Jose from Yelp recommendation. We had a sewage pump that stopped working on Saturday. While all five Yelp recommended plumbers who can replace the pump showed up to give estimate, Jose was the one who struck me as knowledgeable (knows what he was talking about regarding the pump), as he immediately told me that it was a 1/2 HP pump without needing to open up the basin. Given that we would like to replace the pump right away so that we can use shower and toilets among other things, Jose came over on Sunday, as soon as the pump arrived, to install the new pump. He was professional, courteous, and did a clean and quality job. We were able to use the showers and toilet right away. He also offered one year warranty for his work, which is really unusual.

I am not only very happy with his installation work, but also plan on using him for my future plumbing needs. I also plan on recommending to my neighbors as we always ask each other for recommendations.

By the way, his price was also the best among all other Yelp recommended plumbers.

Very happy to have such a professional, honest, and courteous plumber who can do a quality work. Highly recommended.

Jose was fantastic. We had an emergency situation with our toilet and Jose responded quickly. He was at our house in under 30 minutes and was able to fix the situation within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
