Jose Ramos answered my yelp about three minutes after I put it in. He answered my questions and quoted me his guarantee. I asked him when he was available and he asked if it was an emergency I told him no it was not an emergency and he said tomorrow Between four and five. He was there on time and solve the problem. Outstanding service great response and terrific follow up. I cannot recommend them more than that. They are everything I wanted in a plumber. Great price great service well done no oversell great company. I highly recommend them.

My basement shower began overflowing with wastewater one night so I sent out a request on yelp for an emergency plumber. Most of them told me they could come out tomorrow morning, but Centro Plumbing & Rooter responded quickly that they could be there in 20 minutes. I knew nothing about Centro Plumbing & Rooter before this, but I needed someone out immediately so I asked him to come by. I consider myself extremely lucky that a plumber as good and HONEST as Jose was the plumber who was able to come out immediately.

Jose diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave a valiant effort to fix it. When he didn't have success, he pulled out his cameras and looked at my pipes and discovered a major issue due to a previous plumbers mistake. Despite it taking away work from him, Jose told me I needed to get that other plumber to pay to fix it because this wasn't right. Jose then spent the next few days coaching me on exactly what to say to this plumber and that plumber eventually came out and completely replaced his mistake on his dime.

Jose saved me an enormous amount of money, and I truly can't thank him enough. He'll be my first call if/when I have plumbing issues in the future.

From start to finish, an exemplary experience. I was out of town when a bathroom drain blocked up. The people staying at my house called Albert Nahman -- I'm here to say that's a poor idea. Their quote involved a camera and some other elaborate sounding stuff and came to $1400. Excellent yelp reviews brought me to José and a quote that was reasonable and fair and not $1400. He arrived exactly when he said he would and had the drain squared away in about an hour. And then he cleaned up the mess and was on his way --but not after doing a couple of quick plumbing fixes I've just been ignoring like a shower head that's been leaking and needed to be properly screwed back in and an explanation for the loud noise in another shower that's something I can fix myself with a new shower head. José is the real deal. It's also really lovely to hire someone who's decided, after years of working as a plumber for other companies, to go out in his own. I'm pleased to be able to support that and wish him a thriving business, which he's sure to have given what an excellent plumber and all around good guy he is!

My pressure relief valve on my water heater was broken. That's the valve that connects to the outside pipe that you see. It was hot water spewing out on the ground. The big companies wanted to send a sales rep out for an assessment and do to much. Jose came out same day for an assessment. He ordered the part, and came back the next day and fixed it! I highly recommend Jose and Central Plumbing & Rooter for all of your plumbing needs.

Jose was amazing! A plumbing expert. He is very professional and knowledge. He responded to my call promptly and did a great work next day as scheduled. Jose fixed my broken drainpipe for the sinks of the bathroom, and he installed a condensation water pipe for the furnace. All works are done inside the crawl basement. The price is reasonable too. I will definitely call him again when I need plumbing service in the future.
