Job ended up being 2-3x bigger than they expected (ie took 2-3 hours rather than the 1 they expected). They only charged me what they initially quoted because they're honest folks. Highly recommend. Drain is clear and they explained the problems to me. Will consider having them come out regularly for drain cleaning
