Central is the best septic company I've worked with! They are honest and charge a fair, flat rate just as discussed--no surprise fees. They did an outstanding job, and I was genuinely impressed with their work. After calling three other septic contractors over the past year who all overcharged just for a simple septic tank pump, Central stood out for their reasonable pricing and excellent service. Highly recommend!

I was a little disappointed. I was quoted $500 to pump out both tanks but they claim there was a blockage from house to tank & charge me an extra $250 to take care of it. Funny thing is if I had a blockage from house to tank, how can my tank be completely full? Unfortunately, I wasn't there to ask this question. My wife just had surgery so she couldn't come out neither to confirm blockage. I feel like we were charge extra for no reason.​

Our two-man crew were amazing. Very friendly, personable, and explained the entire process very clearly and didn't try t nickle and dime us Showed up on time and did a great job all around. Would highly recommend this company.

absolute worst customer service and worst job i have ever seen. they knew the rain was coming and yet they did it anyway. the owner threatned me and told me if i didn't pay him he was going to dig up everything.. do not ever recommend them. beware before you call them. they destroyed my yard and fence..

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I decided to give these guys a chance despite their poor Yelp reviews. That was a huge mistake! First off, their driver showed up over an hour late. Then instead of checking in with us when he arrived, he attempted to drive his equipment down our driveway. He missed, and drove instead on the adjacent grass we had just planted and ruined approximately 50 feet of sod. I immediately called the office to complain, and was told the owner would call me back (I'm still waiting). In the meantime, the driver could see that I was upset, and refused to get out of his truck. Instead, he spoke on his phone for about 10 mins, then drove off. I once again called the office, but this time, no one picked up, likely because my number had been blocked. If I could give these guys a negative rating, I would. This company is the worst!

Central septic was called to my property to do routine maintenance. They were prompt on time. Very respectful left the property clean. I always would recommend them.

Service is terrible. They don't do what you asked. The take your money and don't do the job. They try to find other reason for the problem for you to spend more money. I still have my lid not replaced and my septic still full

I hired this company to do a new installation of a septic system. Upon completion of the job, they didn't let me know they had completed the job the day before. I went to the site the following day and noticed the new driveway I poured the week prior was cracked. I also could see the tracks from the machine going across the driveway. I called Michael to let him know about it. He stated being really nasty on the phone and then hung up. His wife then texts me and says that they are filing a lien for their balance if I don't pay them. I had to pay to repair the driveway after being extorted by this company. Do not use them, they have no honor. The owners response is more lies. They where the only contractor onsite and in that area working. Also our superintendent and two other sub contractors saw them drive over the driveway. We have no reason to lie, they have no honor and could have offered to pay. I stead they didn't even want to discuss it. Do not hire them, shady outfit.

As with all cesspool companies they lie a lot to you they tell you it's going to be $300 when they get here it's going to be $600 they tell you the cesspool is full or the septic system is full Yes of course that's why I called you. As a property manager in DeKalb county I haven't run across an honest septic company here yet. I've used four and the one I used years ago was the only honest one and unfortunately he doesn't return phone calls. The three I use this year were all pretty much liars and that's how they make their living. Use riddicks from now on and hopefully I won't have to pump the cesspool or septic system or whatever you want to call it for a long long time. And don't bother getting an estimate for a new drain field they're double what you can get it done for. The impression I got after dealing with three companies this year at three different locations is they are all just crooks.

They told me I would get a free estimate but when the technician got there he said he wouldn't do anything unless I agreed to pay him to pump the tank. After he pumped the tank, he told me it was just a clog in the main pipe. When I asked them to write the explanation on the receipt they said they would after I made payment. After I made payment, he wrote a totally different reason and stopped answering my calls/texts.
