AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I decided to give these guys a chance despite their poor Yelp reviews. That was a huge mistake! First off, their driver showed up over an hour late. Then instead of checking in with us when he arrived, he attempted to drive his equipment down our driveway. He missed, and drove instead on the adjacent grass we had just planted and ruined approximately 50 feet of sod. I immediately called the office to complain, and was told the owner would call me back (I'm still waiting). In the meantime, the driver could see that I was upset, and refused to get out of his truck. Instead, he spoke on his phone for about 10 mins, then drove off. I once again called the office, but this time, no one picked up, likely because my number had been blocked. If I could give these guys a negative rating, I would. This company is the worst!

Central septic was called to my property to do routine maintenance. They were prompt on time. Very respectful left the property clean. I always would recommend them.

Service is terrible. They don't do what you asked. The take your money and don't do the job. They try to find other reason for the problem for you to spend more money. I still have my lid not replaced and my septic still full

I hired this company to do a new installation of a septic system. Upon completion of the job, they didn't let me know they had completed the job the day before. I went to the site the following day and noticed the new driveway I poured the week prior was cracked. I also could see the tracks from the machine going across the driveway. I called Michael to let him know about it. He stated being really nasty on the phone and then hung up. His wife then texts me and says that they are filing a lien for their balance if I don't pay them. I had to pay to repair the driveway after being extorted by this company. Do not use them, they have no honor. The owners response is more lies. They where the only contractor onsite and in that area working. Also our superintendent and two other sub contractors saw them drive over the driveway. We have no reason to lie, they have no honor and could have offered to pay. I stead they didn't even want to discuss it. Do not hire them, shady outfit.

As with all cesspool companies they lie a lot to you they tell you it's going to be $300 when they get here it's going to be $600 they tell you the cesspool is full or the septic system is full Yes of course that's why I called you. As a property manager in DeKalb county I haven't run across an honest septic company here yet. I've used four and the one I used years ago was the only honest one and unfortunately he doesn't return phone calls. The three I use this year were all pretty much liars and that's how they make their living. Use riddicks from now on and hopefully I won't have to pump the cesspool or septic system or whatever you want to call it for a long long time. And don't bother getting an estimate for a new drain field they're double what you can get it done for. The impression I got after dealing with three companies this year at three different locations is they are all just crooks.

They told me I would get a free estimate but when the technician got there he said he wouldn't do anything unless I agreed to pay him to pump the tank. After he pumped the tank, he told me it was just a clog in the main pipe. When I asked them to write the explanation on the receipt they said they would after I made payment. After I made payment, he wrote a totally different reason and stopped answering my calls/texts.

I had been having so many issues with my septic system backing up into the home. Getting it pumped every two weeks, with threats of drain field blockage and the expense. However, no one would tell me who could do it. It wasn't until I Googled """"Drain Field"""" that Central Septic came up. When I spoke to Virginia, I felt suddenly reassured. The price was reasonable with a one-year warranty. I will forever be grateful to Central Septic for ending the nightmare and paranoia of expecting a flood on the floor and tub each time we entered the restroom. Update: After replacing the field drains the ground was so uneven with debris and large mud stones, there was no way sod could be installed. Leveling could not be accomplished due to rainy weather. Both Virginia and Michael promised to have the technician return to finish the job. Well, the crew just left and did such a thorough job, I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this company for its integrity, affordability, and professionalism.

I called many places before talking to Virginia. She was great, helped walk through the process and explained everything in detail. She was very patient and worked through some scheduling needs. The two individuals that came out were professional and took care of the job. The left the property as they found it. Overall the great serviceI have and would totally work with them in the future.

Called this company to give us a quote. They told us it would be $500 to pump and dispose for a 1500 gallon tank plus $150 total of $650 to come out on a Saturday. Once the Pulled the schematic to the new house they changed the cost to $550 total because it was only a 100 gallon tank. The person that came out i think his name was Jason never did any digging in the soil just walked around for a couple of minutes and said he couldn't find the opening. snaked one drain that didn't need it and still charged us full amount to pump and disposal. When I called their office to talk to them about it and get the charges fixed to the work that was actually done she told me it doesn't matter if he couldn't do the service we wanted he provided a function so the charges are the same and we can try to get our money back but it will never happen no matter what we do. Avoid this company at all cost. pay higher than what they are quoting to use a more reputable company you will be saving your self in the long run.
