I have used them a few times last year for repairs on my air conditioner. The first time Jim was great he came over and fixed everything. A few months later I had some more problems with it and it took three calls and about a week to get him to come over. Once he came, he did great work and got it running. His prices, I felt were very fair, after he finally got out to me.

This year, I am ready to get a new air conditioner. I called him and left a message asking him to come out and give me a quote. Four days go by and he doesn't call me back. I call his partner who handles the plumbing and heating. He has Jim call me right back and schedules a visit says he lost the msg (which happens). No big deal.

He comes out, measures everything and says that he will email me a quote. Three days go by and I don't see an email from him, so I email him asking him to send me the quote. Three more days go by without him emailing me the quote, so I give him a call and he says that I'll have the quote that night. He has been so busy that he hasn't had time to do any of his quotes.

That was about four days ago and I still haven't seen his quote. He is a good guy and does good work, but he is just not dependable. You shouldn't have to chase him to take your money.

I called this company on a Saturday because my sewer was backing up. They were extremely fair and came out right away. The person the sent got to work quickly and saved my basement. This compay deserves 5 stars for their promptness & honesty. I would recomend them to everyone.
