I RARLEY leave a review for anything unless it's something I am 100% sure of.
Central plumbing has worked at the house I grew up in for years. My mother still lives in the same house , and called them out a couple days ago.
Glen came out, he has been here before, but all of the guys have been great, and my 86 year old mother says,
""He worked so hard, he is so patient, he listened to everything I said, and everything works great!""
And it does work great, and it great to be able to comfortably have someone I can trust work on my moms house and not be concerned.
* and the price was great!!!*

Glen replaced our water heater & he did a great job. Compare to other plumbers, Central Plumbing's price was reasonable. I just had to wait one hour for someone to arrive & look at what was wrong, other than that, staff was friendly and service was good.

Central Plumbing came out to look at my bathroom faucets. They couldn't work on the since they need to do research. I have been waiting for 9 months (since June 2017) and they still haven't fixed my bathroom faucets. They never call me back with the status. Everytime I call I get the same response ""we're still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer"". This company is a joke especially since they are unable to fix my faucets. I even provided them with the installation instructions for my faucet and they still can't figure out what to do. So I don't what research is needed. I guess Central Plumbing doesn't want my business and I'll make sure they don't get business from my friends or family. This company should really get 0 stars, 1 is way too many.

We called Central Plumbing out for a quote on a very simple job of connecting a 10 foot PVC pipe to the condensate drain on the air conditioning. No opening of walls, no copper or cast iron work. Just glue an elbow to the drain, add the 10 foot of PVC, and send it through a foundation vent grate into the flower bed. They quoted $440 dollars for 1-3 hours of work. The parts are less than $10 so that's between $140 and $430 per hour for labor. WAY OVER PRICED. I can do the job in an hour and I will. I will never call these over priced guys again.

We have used Central Plumbing for our plumbing, air conditioning, and central heating issues for the past eight years. In addition, they and their supurb network of subcontractors, have remodeled 4 rooms of our home (bathrooms in 2008 and 2012; plus our kitchen and dining room in 2016.) The quality and beauty of their work is amazing, and they are very courteous and reliable. They guarantee their work, and after the job is done, they are very willing to return, even many months later, and address any subsequent issues that may have arisen. In their repair and maintence work, they respectfully and knowledgeably take care of all issues and fully explain solutions. In their remodeling work ---actually Chris (the owner) says it well and truly: ""I will see to it, and do whatever it takes, to make sure that you are happy with the finished result."" My wife and I have witnessed how wonderfully Central Plumbing lives up to that standard. Planning is collaborative and they are helpful and patient. It doesn't get better than this with contractors. (BTW Central Plumbing scrupulously adheres to all the California State professional contracting standards regarding payment.)

I had leaking pipes everywhere. Glen came out and replaced a few of my cast Iron pipes. He did a good job. Will definitely use in the future

Central Plumbing & Heating sent Glen to make some repairs.
From beginning to end, Glen the technician was discourteous, unfriendly, non-helpful and unprofessional. He repaired two faucets, left one with a trickle of cold water, when it had no issues before his arrival, repaired an in-wall heater and strapped a water heater to the wall.
Too many local small businesses seem to let customer service get lost in the shuffle, yet many overcome that with quality products and/or services. Central Plumbing & the Heating must not understand customer service and the quality of their work, at least Glen's work leaves a lot to be desired.

I had a little emergency this morning with our water heater so I called Central Plumbing to come take a look and they sent Glen out. Glen was so pleasant and great to work with. He really took the time to let me know that I should call the maker of the heater since the system looked fairly new and the part should be under warranty at no cost to me. He spoke with the company on the phone and really helped me get where I need to go. Unfortunately, Central Plumbing but booked up for the day and could not get the part and install same day but Glen really made an impression on me by helping me save money and assisted in helping me get the answers I needed to resolve the issue. Regardless of me using them or not, I would most definitely call them again.

I owned a home in La Habra for over 25 years and called upon Central Plumbing on numerous occasions. Everything from heating and air conditioning to clogged drains. They even fixed a problem with my lawn sprinklers. First rate service at fare and competitive prices.

Getting a plumber to call you back is often a difficult task! With Central Plumbing, that was not the case. A very efficient receptionist answered the phone and said that they would send a technician out right away. We did not have any hot water in the house so that was great to hear! Within 15-20 minutes, a technician (Glen) arrived at my house. He diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the thermocoupler on our water heater which gave us back our hot water. The price was fair and Glen finished up in a matter of a few minutes. I would use Central Plumbing again without hesitation.
