The Worst Plumbing company i have ever seen. I called them to unclog drain for my BathTub. Seems like their men were so inexperience that they broke the cable in my bathtub pipe. I spent 1500$ just to fix that stuck cable problem by breaking the concrete. It doesn't even end there, these guys sent me a bill of 270$ for messing my bathtub. Such a unprofessional and inexperience company. I will not recommend this to anybody.

As a property manager I am always in need of a good plumber, along with other trades. Central Plumbing Co was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. They were on time for the initial appointment to provide a quote and on time for the repairs. Prompt paperwork, repairs, and documentation. Their work quality was great and the employees took time to layout cardboard, drop clothes, and were thoughtful of the property. When I'm in need of a plumber in the future I will be using Central Plumbing Company.

I discovered a water leak in my basement ceiling. I found Central Plumbing on Yelp and Angies List, and gave them a call. Chris came out, found the leak and made the repair. Chris is friendly and professional. He works quickly and cleans up after he is done.
I was so impressed that I asked him about replacing my water heater.
He got me a quote and i told him to go ahead with the job for tomorrow.
He came out when he said he would and with an assistant took out the old water heater and put in the new one.
It went well and again he was very professional and friendly.
I would recommend Central Plumbing to anyone!! They were great!!

These guys are the best plumbers in the Chicagoland area period. They show up with what they need always. Which means they dont have to come back and charge multiple times. Clean, punctual, cost effective. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

These guys are awesome! Arrive when they say they will arrive...which, for a last minute emergency call, was above and beyond appreciated. Shout out to Rob and TJ for making time for us during our plumbing disaster. We have worked with Central plumbing on numerous occasions and they have been pleasure to do business with. After a party on Sunday evening, our basement toilet overflowed. After multiple attempts to clear the clog myself, I realized there was a bigger problem. Given that all the toilets and sinks started to backup, I needed to help. Central Plumbing was the only company I called that was willing to send someone out on Sunday night. I paid a premium for the service, but he quickly identified the source of my issues as tree roots in main drain. The plumber deployed the patented Central Plumbing and quickly eliminated the roots and clog.

Called Central 9/29 for a rusted out drain between the walls. Chris came out on the 27th to look it over and Chris and Tom were there on the 28th fixing it. It wasn't easy being in the wall, they removed my dishwasher and broke open the wall so it was a tight squeeze. Had a little issue with reinstalling the dishwasher, but after a few visits and going in a different direction, all went well. All I can say is don't think twice about this company,

Central Plumbing guys were great! I called on Monday morning (Columbus Day) and they were at my house by 11am. They used their camera to check our storm water drains, saw the blockage and rodded out massive amounts of roots. SO much better than the other company I had out in November to install (badly and at an angle) a clean out pipe and rod. They were polite, friendly and a explained everything very clearly. Sumps are now sending water to the ditch again instead of recycling in the pit. I am much relieved. Highly recommended.

I am so pleased with this company, especially after having had a negative experience in the past with a different company. I had a new food disposal and shower head installed, a toilet repaired and a few other odds and ends.
