Christopher H.Very bad people. The owner of Central Paving, David A. Pryde, was doing work for a neighbor and came over near my property with his skid steer and started illegally grading a city alley (at the neighbor's request). In the process, Pryde damaged a landscaping timber on the edge of my property. I went over and asked him to come take a look at it and when he did he scoffed at me and started swearing up a storm and yelling at me and threatening me and coming at me (onto my property) with a metal rake. I backed off and called the police, and the city right of way staff came out as well. Police issued a citation to Pryde for trespass (they said they couldn't arrest him for assault because he didn't actually touch me) and I believe the city is issuing fines for damage to city property.
David Pryde is an insane and dangerous person, do not make contact or let him onto your property.
Vickie A.I had CP install a blacktop driveway 2 years ago. Right off the bat we had several issues. I have been trying to get them to fix the issues every since. I have made numerous phone calls to have them fix the problems. They will not return phone calls. They have come out once to put a bunch of rubber filler to try & fix the cracks, which did not help at all. One whole section is breaking apart & needs to be completely redone.They are not good business owners...would not recommend them at all!
