Do not use this company. We asked that they reconnect our kitchen plumbing after our remodel as well as repairing the noise made by our tankless water heater. The 2 plumbers had no idea as to the reason for the noise and suggested replacing various parts to see if that would fix the problem. We declined that suggestion as they seemed to be guessing. They did reconnect our kitchen plumbing - faucet, instant hot, disposal. The charge was $700!! Ridiculous.
We subsequently had another plumber fix the noise of our tankless water heater for $140. No new parts needed.
Don't waster your time or money with this company.

We've used COHC for several years for heating and cooling issues. They've always been very responsive and it's great to be able to talk to a live person when you call. We recently needed some plumbing work done. After several calls to plumbers, no one was available in the immediate future. We then remembered that COHC also had a plumbing option. We were thrilled when they offered to come bid on our job 5 days after we called (most other companies were 30+ days). They gentlemen was very nice and friendly, he came early too. He said we'd have an estimate in 24-48 hours. 48 hours passed, 72 hours passed, finally on day 4 we called. We were told everyone had left for the day. It was a Friday. So we waited...Saturday...Sunday...Monday...no call. On Tuesday we called again and we're told the bid was emailed to us ""look in your spam, we sent it out."" There was no email. Another call in Wednesday. Another message left. I was told that the manager now had the message. It is another day later, no bid. No phone call. No email. I understand not having the staff to complete the job, but what is so hard about returning a phone call? What about having office staff send out the estimate? Massive disappointment in the follow through. We will not only be using another company for plumbing, but for heating and cooling too.

We just had a diagnostic evaluation completed by Anthony with Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. He was detailed and honest. These are the two most important attributes we look for in a contractor. This was money well spent.
If we ever need any service or work completed on our HVAC system we will be calling Anthony and his team.
Thank You!

Was charged $400 for 15 minutes of work to replace a shower valve. Unbelievable. Find another company unless you like being taken to the bank!

Bought heat pump from COHeating in 2019. They promised ""special no interest"" deal through Home Depot for 24 months with monthly payments and no interest. Paid 24 monthly payments to pay in full: got charged $1454 in interest. Nick Weisse, who says he ""runs"" the company, won't research or advocate for us, though he continues to say there is a 24 month interest-free ""special deal"" though Home Depot. BELIEVE THIS IS FRAUDULENT SALES TECHNIQUE, AND OF COURSE HORRIFIC CUSTOMER NO-SERVICE. Weisse seems to think he's the only show in town and doesn't give a rip about service after the sale. We'll be looking elsewhere for service on our Trane heat pump. Have also filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. CoHeating has had 4 complaints (now 5) and has only resolved one. BEWARE.

Thank you so much to whole COHC team! They came quickly and had great service! We had another plumber company that had come 4 times and could not manage to install 3 faucets and reattach drains to the sink. These guys got it done in 20 minutes with amazing results, were thorough, and great customer service!!! It was not lost on me that they even wiped down the area they worked on even though they made no mess- seriously made my week in having this all done in less than 24 hours after contacting them after going 8 days without working water facets due to the other plumber. Salvaged my serenity!!! Use these guys at COHC!!! Clint rocks!!

We were very pleased with the whole process in purchasing and having our HVAC system installed. Starting with the bidding process through installation, they were easy to work with. Eric provided us with great options and even after we decided to go Central Oregon Heating, he offered us additional upgrades at no additional cost. The installation went smoothly and on time.

In response to ""Clarissa B"" again- a complete fabrication!
I refuse to listen to her rhetoric any further but just want to make people aware of a few things.
I NEVER told her the reason we would not have the ""plumbing manager"" back out was because my mother couldn't afford it. She said ""let us try to make it right"" I told her it was too late and we scheduled with someone else. She badgered me and actually said "" he has time on Friday to go out, I will schedule it""
This was after I told her no twice and that someone else was coming.
I could go on and on regarding what this woman said but I am done- I am actually surprised this person is still with the company.
* I want to acknowledge that after having difficulty getting to speak with an owner ( apparently there are many now so it wasn't possible)
I finally did receive a call from a manager , he was gracious in his approach, apologized and sent out a reimbursement check for the full amount the next day.
I am sorry it took so long and that we had to go through all this, but happy with the end result.
One more star added for satisfying the customers
expectations in the end.

I hired COHC to fix a problem they diagnosed as the problem that kept my emergency heat running (almost doubling the electricity bill). They diagnosed it, they came out and fixed it, I payed the bill. The problem is, the emergency heat never went off, it kept running. The electricity bill proves it. I called again and they came out and diagnosed it again, this time it was a bad ""reversing valve"". I told the owner it was never fixed and most likely diagnosed incorrectly or incompletely, but he wouldn't hear or it. I asked about the electrical usage that stayed super high even after the fix, he didn't even want to acknowledge the fact! He said the problem was my machine was 15+ years old and that was the real problem. Sorry, but if you charge someone $1,300.00 to fix it, say it was fixed and it wasn't, then that is not just unprofessional but very a unethical business practice. It seems to have happened before as I read other reviews.

I spoke to their install manager Adam and requested they take a look at a install they did incorrectly, all I wanted was for them to review their install, instead they sent a service agent out and serviced the furnace that we had already had serviced, Because this was arranged through our property manager to get access they gave the bill to PMI and it was paid. We received a notice of deduction for the amount from the rent income. Their General manager Jimmy Mauldin argued with us for months and then finally sent a Partial Payment, we are not happy, They did work that was unauthorized and charged us, we do not recommend them for any work.
