DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. This business was sent to my home to replace a water heater by my home owners insurance. They charged us 350 dollars to replace the eroded pipes, however they still used the old eroded ones. We had no idea until the ceiling in the kitchen and the master bedroom started to stain and detach from the frame. When we called the insurance again they sent another company that had trouble getting up there due to the damage they previously caused to the stairway. When they got up there they realized the pipes were never replaced and the water had been leaking the entire time which damaged the tray and wood base. They had to charge us over 900 dollars to repare the damage and replace the parts. Central ms air works did nothing but act like they were going to look into it and get back to us, but never returned my calls and has no interest in making this right. The people who came to fix the problem said they have seen this same company do this to many people they come to help fix the damage. Please do your research because they have no problem doing this over and over again.

We recently met this company through our home warranty company. The appointment was made within a 2 day turnaround which was greatly appreciated. The techs arrived within the promised window of time. Note: they text you when the tech is en route including a photo of who to expect. Nice right? The tech was friendly, informative, and had us back up and running in no time! We experienced a separate issue with the same unit a month later. Our home warranty company once again called upon this company. The same person came for the call which was once again on time. He had the issue identified and solved for within 15 minutes. While our issues have been simple in nature, I can't imagine the experience we had changing for something more complex. We appreciate you!

Do not do business with these people they do bad business they installed a water heater in my home upstairs and they flooded my home causing thousands in damages up stairs and downstairs to the sheetroc/ drywall ceiling walls and floors ruined my stove water was everywhere they simply left us holding the bag they didn't even offer to help clean up the water we contacted the owner Justin and all he did was deny responsibility they have several open cases at the Mississippi better bureau when we contacted our attorney they already knew of this company from other bad business claims people please do your research these people are trash and shouLd be out of business!!

Absolutely horrible company. My home warranty company sent them to fix a pipe that had a leak. They tried to way over charge me and then took everything a part and never came back. Stay away at all cost. They won't even return phone calls. I don't ever leave reviews but felt like I needed to warn people about this company. Also read all the other reviews.

Please stay away from this company! Central MS Air Works was sent to my home by my home warranty company to replace a hot water heater which is located in my attic. They came in and installed it and left, about 2 hours later it was literally raining in my kitchen, dining room and wet bar! The idiot installed it incorrectly. I immediately contacted the technician and he returned but without a solution, so we contacted the owner Justin Williams and he said he would take care of it but we have yet to hear from him or receive any assistance from this horrible company. I had to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance company to get some type of help with repairing my home. Whatever you do please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER! You will regret it!!!!!
