Used this company for the first time to install a kitchen faucet that I provided. The plumber was there about an hour and I was charged $225.00. Seems very expensive per hour and job. I definitely will call another plumber the next time I need one.

DO NOT USE THIS CENTRAL MO ALL SERVICE PLUMBING Our ejector pit was not emptying although the pump was running back in December. Called and they sent 2 guys out. They did NOT bring a pump truck and proceeded to pump the sewage into our yard seeping into the lake. We offered a garbage can to put it in so we could put it back into the ejector pit once it was fixed... they refused. They took the pump out and fixed a leg on the pump and fixed a connector that had moved out of place. We asked them to check the other connections to ensure this problem did not occur again. Come March we experienced the same issue.... called them on a Sunday night and said send a pump truck out in the morning because we do not want sewage in our yard. Tony the technician arrived and started pumping sewage into our yard (he did not tell us he was at our house) when we went out and told him we requested a pump truck he said ""well it's not my fault, what do you want me to do about it"" He then pulled the pump out and a connection had broke free again. We told him this seems to be an issue from the last time since we told him to check all the connections... he told us ""I'm not taking responsibility for this cause it will cost me $1,000 personally"". In addition, in December the technicians told us it would cost $575.00 when I received the bill it was for $885.00 I asked for an explanation and 3 weeks later they sent a new bill for $585 claiming it was a typo. I know if I would have paid it they would never had issued a credit and I do not believe it was a typo. I think they were trying to rip us off. We told Tony to have the office call us before charging our credit card and they did not. They attempted to charge our card another $305 to fix this issue which should have been addressed in December. When we reached out to try to come to a resolution they threatened to put us in collections. We told them we have pictures of their technician pumping sewage into our yard and they told us they would not work with us until we sent the pictures. I also asked for a quote for some additional work on December 19th and had to ask multiple times... finally received the estimate on Feb 6th. They apparently don't want business and don't stand behind their work. Call anybody else for your plumbing and septic needs. They only have ONE good review per year for 2016, 2017 and 2018 their customer service must have dropped a lot since then. We did ask the owner to contact us and they said he would not until we sent pictures... he did not even try to communicate with us.

This was my first experience with Central Mo. Plumbing. I needed a new hot water heater. They removed the old heater and placed the new one, which was larger than the previous one. They had to remove wood trim to get the new one inside the tiny closet. It was quite a project and they never complained, but went ahead and got the job completed. They did a super job and I appreciate them very much. It looks and works very well. I am so happy with their excellent work.

The receptionist was very friendly and scheduled our appointment quickly. The technician/plumber, Tony, texted when he was on the way. The problem was diagnosed and corrected in a thorough and professional manner. We will definitely recommend the company to our friends and neighbors.

I called Central MO All Service Plumbing on Friday afternoon, March 23 in desperate need of a plumber. We had just turned the water on after the winter and there was a leak causing water to run rapidly on the floors. Numerous other plumbers in the area told me they could not get to me for days. Central's receptionist was sympathetic and helpful. She located one of their techs and he arrived within an hour. He was professional and efficient; found several leaks and made the repairs quickly. We were very pleased with their service.

Called Central MO All Service Plumbing Friday morning regarding a leak in our toilet base. We had not been to our lake home in several months and noticed water on the bathroom floor. Tina was able to schedule a plumber to come to our home later that same day and repaired the problem. They were professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Highly recommend them!

I called on Thursday morning.I received a call back that evening with a Friday morning appointment. Great communication the day of and job was finished that day for a price I thought was fair. This is as good as it gets for service in the lake area. My future plumber of choice for sure.
