Andrew was the first person to reach to us through Angi. It was midnight and we had an issue with our well, pump, and some electrical issues (no water in the house). Andrew was quickly to come and check the damage and gave us a fair price and estimate and was willing to go to with the project along some requests that we had. Everything was great, we had agreed on everything and he was supposed to start the following morning with the project at 8:00 AM. The following day there is no call/no show at 8:00, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, until we decided to call for an ETA. He mentioned he had woken up sick, understandable, but very unprofessional to not communicate. He eventually finished the job (at a later time than planned. We had no water for 2-3 days). He charged an extra $100. He never came to clean up the tank/pipes that he took out. He never gave us a final invoice. We have been trying to communicate up to this day for insurance purposes and no answer. Very unprofessional.
