installed an AC unit and it wasn't working. charged me $200 to recharge the unit which ran out of charge 1-2 years after install. That worked for 2 weeks then had to come back and charge me $250 to fix a leak they should have fixed for free as it was their leal to begin with. Now it quit working again and I have to pay to find or fix another leak??

2 star vs 1 is because they do show up quickly and have decent response time.
