After working as a Business Analyst in the insurance field, John and his family made the move to Summit County, Colorado in 2008. Balancing his roles as a Business Analyst and Property/Project Manager, John remains busy with his active children and enjoys staying active himself. There’s always something enjoyable happening in Colorado!

Jennifer Derrick has over 25 years of experience as a property manager and residential construction project manager. When it comes to vacation and residential management solutions, Jennifer has the knowledge to deliver effective results.
