We have only had great experiences with Michael. He is conscientious, knowledgeable, always on time and a good communicator . When he had a question about something he researched it in his off-time and got right back to us; he is curious and loves what he does. We live in an old house that had multiple of redos and repairs. Michael re-worked the plumbing so it is logical and efficient.. he also replaced our tankless water heater with a Rinnai which is functioning perfectly. He responds quickly to calls and most importantly, to texting!
