After Central City Plumbing refused to come back out to finish the work that they were paid for, my father-in-law was forced to pay another plumber to come out. Surprise, surprise...the new plumber found ROOTS FURTHER DOWN THE LINE!!! This is exactly what I told Mr. ""I've been doing this for 20 years"" was why most reputable plumbers who clear roots from a line offer a window to return for the same issue at no cost. So, when he got defensive and accused me of telling him that he did a ""half-ass job,"" maybe IT IS BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY DID A HALF-ASS JOB. Wow.

Oh, and as if that wasn't bad enough, this guy called my father-in-law and complained about me reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and writing him a bad review. Don't complain about me telling the truth about what happened--maybe try being trustworthy yourself and there would have been no complaints, in the first place.

Jesus immediately responded to my request for a bid and came out the next morning! jesus was professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable! Jesus fixed my shower faucet fast and efficiently! I will only use Jesus from now on!!!

Jesus came out for an estimate shortly after I first contacted Central City Plumbing. Their quote was fair and he was able to get the work done shortly thereafter. Jesus was professional and did a pro job on the pressure regulator install I needed. Everything was well communicated and he was easy to work with.

Excellent work and good price! This young man showed up right away, with a good attitude and good knowledge. We had him replace a leaking valve under the kitchen sink (we had him replace the other one too just in case) and to repair an outside water line. He was quick in his work and was fair and reasonable in what he charged. We plan to have him back next week to fix a drippy spout in the upstairs shower. Very highly recommend.

Some of the other companies that responded to my request gave me very unreasonable quotes for installing two faucets. I got bunch of ""If(s)"" (if the faucet is for kitchen, then this price, if the faucet for bathroom, then that price. I was lucky to find Central City plumbing. Jesus gave me a fair price to do the work and was on time. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed to replace my dryer valve because the thread had stripped. Jesus was the first to response and after we negotiated a fair price he got to my house in less than 30 minutes. He not only replaced my valve but he also replaced the old and rusted elbow piece with a brand new valve that replaced the elbow and the old valve. In addition, he also helped me reinstall my dryer and made sure everything worked before he left. Jesus was very professional, educated, respectful, and polite! I highly recommend him for any job small or big.
