Art was excellent in coming out to our home with garbage disposal repair. He arrived in a mask, took his shoes off before entering and went straight to work. As he worked, he explained what he was doing and showed me how to trouble shoot any problems in the future. There was no charge to come out to see what the problem was. Just for the job done which was extremely reasonable. I called 4 plumbers before realizing he knew what the problem was just by my description on the phone. He is my go to guy for all future plumbing needs, professional, honest and courteous. Don't hesitate to call him too. Thank you Art!

My grandparents had a leak coming from their sink. I tried to figure out where it was coming from but couldn't. I called Central Cal Plumbing and they informed me the leak was coming from the sink bowl. They gave me a quote, we agreed, and within a few hours the cabinet, the bowl, and faucet were replaced.

I am incredibly happy with the service and quality of work that Art and the Central Cal Plumbing team provided to me. I had a hot water slab leak in my home and after several bids I opted for Central Cal Plumbing. Their team replumbed my entire home with hot and cold water and I could not be happier with the job they did. They took every precaution, thoughtfully executed their work and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The team was also very courteous and easy to get along with. Art also checked with me daily to see how I thought the job was going, I truly valued his commitment to his craft and customer service. These guys gave me no bull! Came out on emergency. After other company came 3 times with,I just got the Bill no fixture. It was a lot of work, but they fixed my pipes. They let me know each exact step they need to take.

I had my sewer clogged. Sewer needed to be hydro flushed, they used a camera and found roots were the culprit. The two plumbers that came out were friendly and thorough.

Very undependable... we called last nite spoke with Art the owner, said he would be out today (we had a broken pipe and had to turn water off) at 8:am. No show, tried to call him and his mailbox was full, emailed him, got a reply that he had another service call he had to go to and 'they' will try to get a hold of him. No response after that, no text saying sorry on a call will be late , nothing. We called another company that came out and took care of the problem. This company as far as I can tell does not care about customer service. Thumbs down!!

After seeing the great work that they did to replace our water heater, we decided to go with this company to install new water pipelines for our house, only to get screwed up by them.

One of the biggest issues I see in this company is the lack of communication. The team did not show up on the very first day of work as promised. No phone call was made to let us know. Instead, we had to call them to find out that they were not able to make it. This could have been a red flag, but because of the good deal that he offered combined with the positive experience that we had with the water heater, we continued to trust them and let them do the work, only to find out that lack of communication and poor work ethics are the chronic problems of this company. The team only showed up to work for two days and then disappeared for the next four days with no phone call whatsoever to inform about what was going on. Again, we called them to which the owner stated that the work was delayed, because one of his workers got injured during the work. He then sent his crew back the week after only to do a half ass job; the guys seemed incompetent and barely knew how to follow directions. Some walls were cut out by mistakes; waterpipes were not tightly secured, most of the work was not done the same way as the boss discussed it with us. They only did the bare minimum just to keep the water running. When pointing out their work or expressing concerns, the guy always overlooked the issues and tried to come up with excuses not to fix the problem. The owner came out on the very last day of work only because his two guys were not able to figure out the reason as to why the water was not coming out in the backyard. What is ridiculous was instead of trying to focus on solving the problem professionally, the owner was frustrated and complained about him not getting any profits from the project. Well, my two cents was that only if you hire people who are competent, have the heart to do the job, and engrain some good work ethics into them, we wouldn't have to redo the works so many times and you wouldn't have lost so much money into paying them. The job was done with the lowest quality of materials one could find at the store, and I get it, ""you get what you pay for."" But I had to take so many days off work just to stay home and wait for them to randomly come out to finish the job as they were not able to tell me what days/times they would come. So, talk about ""loss"" for this project!

I am extremely disappointed by the work that the company did. If you're looking for plumbing services that will take only one day, do it at your own risk. For other bigger projects, take your business elsewhere.

Very pleased with my experience with this company. He did a great job when other plumbers couldn't figure out the problem. He double checked his work too!
