I recently had Centflo Plumbing repair a clogged sink. Jose, and Kelvis were the two men who came to my home. There were polite, and efficient. They arrived in the time range I was given by Louis, who set-up the appointment. I was also given instructions on what to do on a monthly basis to keep the drain clean, to avoid future issues. What I was impressed by the most, was how polite these two gentlemen were. I would use them again if I needed plumbing services.

Called them for a quote for a couple of items. A representative came out, checked out the issues, and said that they would get back with the quote. Called them after about three days and they said that they needed to check with the person who came out. Never heard from them. Called them about a week later. They said that they would get back to me that day. This was about a month ago. I guess that it was wasted time as I could have had the work done had I called a reliable firm. Have to start over with another company I suppose.

We tried to hook up a bidet to our existing toilet, needless to say we had to call a plumber. They came the next day, fixed the issue in 10 minutes. This is the second time we have used the company and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Doesn't like to return calls, I called to make an appointment from an installation job was asked to send pictures which I did and no one has bothered to call back, so if you value your time do not bother calling these guys. It's simple """"do not leave not leave people hanging, if you short staffed, no time or I'm too far away just say so, but when you promise to callback and don't that reflects badly on you and your company.

Rick came out, wasn't late, on time. I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Parts were replaced, it's worked perfectly. I'd highly recommend these folks. Pleasant on the phone, professional, etc. I got their recommendation from the maintenance manager at the Condo complex I'm in, Regal Palms in Davenport. Super glad I called them and will certainly use them in the future!
