Sadly, the second, most recent experience was disappointingly different from my first experience four years ago. When needing a new sump pump this week, four years from when the last one was installed by this company, I didn't hesitate to call Centerville Beavercreek Plumbing because of the positive experience in 2014. Clearly something has happened to the man (same one as in 2014) who came to my home yesterday; altogether different demeaner (unfriendly almost to the point of intentionally rude). Unfortunately, I had to call him to return today as the newly installed sump pump wasn't working correctly. Today, I was met with an even more sullen attitude, incredibly offensive. While the work, promptly delivered and competitively priced, was acceptable (providing the adjustment to the float on this new sump pump no longer sticks and keeps the basement dry), the individual who does the work would do well to brush up on basic customer skills that merely require common courtesy.
