Worst plumber I've seen! Horrible at being there when he says he would. He left me with no plumbing in my house for 1 1/2 weeks. Installed a toilet without telling me the under flooring was bad. Installed a hot water heater that was not in code. Didn't want to get the necessary permits. Would not give me a written estimate. He was hired through the Realtor and I asked him to do additional work! It took from Jan 21 to Feb 25th to install a bathtub, laundry tub, garbage disposal and plumbing for a dishwasher! He just kept stalling and making excuses. Tried to bill me for a permit he didn't even apply for until a week after the work was done! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Very poor customer service.

Jeff Austin has taken care of draining our pipes for winter for about 10 years. He's very dependable and prices are reasonable. When my house flooded last spring and I was out of state I called him and he went right over and pumped it out.
