there here right now they suck. over 4 hours for a water tank.banging tool into the wall and slamming doors. lazy is the first word tht comes to mind. this is literally a job tht shouldn't take more then 2 hours. house reeked of gas if you do it right it wouldn't smell like gas at all!. Center Guard Slam my door again ill knock you the fuck out ! oh stop ripping off old ppl Fucking scum !

The guy came out and lead me to believe he was calling the company for approval but did not. He didn't submit the claim in a timely manner. Was in and out like he was this super plumber. I got someone better and efficient.

Center Guard was sent out to replace a 1-1/4 H.P. garbage disposal through Home Warranty of America. Center Guard only had 3/4 H.P. disposals. I told them I would contact H.W.A. for a credit or discount for the lesser H.P. Motor. H.W.A. agreed to provide a 1-1/4 H.P. motor and paid Center Guard and additional $50.00. Center Guard came back to do the installation but installed a 3/4 H.P. disposal, scratched off the H.P. portion of the tag on the disposal, and pocketed the $50.00 from H.M.A. Unfortunately, my brother signed off on the install as he is disabled and was available to meet Center Guard at my home during a weekday. So, Center Guard screwed me and H.W.A. Do not have these shysters touch your plumbing.

Stay away from this company- don't let them in your house. I was assigned Center Guard to fix my water heater through Choice Home Warranty. Logan and another person arrived just by the end of given time slot. First thing they asked was to pay $65 before even looking at the system. He diagnosed TRD was bad and needs replacement, however he asked another $125 out of pocket so he can vacuum inside before installing new part. I told them it's all covered under warranty service and wanted to check with CHW before paying him out of pocket. While i tried calling CHW, he started packing even without fixing. Since it was my 6th day without a working system, i did want to get it fixed, I agreed to paying additional $125 and asked him to get it done, while he is here. He said he needs me to pay upfront even before he starts work. I told him i can only pay when i see system is working as expected. He refused to do the job without getting this mischievous up-charge. This clearly tells how big fraudster this company is.
I read all bad reviews after this incident, had i known i would not have let them in.

STOP!!! Do NOT call out Center Guard plumbing. First off,I have a warranty company that unfortunately uses this horrible company. If you have a warranty issue just ask them for someone OTHER then Center Guard. Why? Well,if you work an actual job like most people well they will NOT work with your schedule at all. Like,not at all. I learned this the hard way. Now I even have more water damage due to having to wait,get a new claim made,etc. Center Guard does what works for them and that's it. And then when these morons actually make it out to your place they will NEVER have what they need to complete the job so it alwaysssss becomes a 2 day thing. NOPE! Never ever again!!!

We used centerguard for a sewer line collapse and backup. Our Tech's Jeff T and Sean were on time, on point and honest with assessment. They provided a couple options along with costs, worked with insurance through Nicor home solutions and we are happy with the work. Will use again

Poor service, actually no service. These people are not plumbers at all. I have them come over to my house and the so called handyman who claimed himself a plumber but he was not at all a plumber. He was a jerk and he made a leakage in my shower and now the water is leaking from the shower. These people should never be called for any service as they will mess up the things but will not own the mess they did. I ended up a huge expense to fix the shower.
These people are not worthy of any job. Stay away from them.

These guys crooks, I received a call from them today to repair my gas boiler through my Warranty company, in my contract with the warranty company I am suppose to pay $65.00 my deductible and the rest will be paid through the warranty company. this company rep was very rude and tried to add a cleaning fee for $125.00 , when I told him I am not paying it. he told me to find another company. I call my warranty company and told them the story, they told me they will assign my claim to another repair company and no additional fees required except my deductible ($65).
