Responded instantly at night and came within half an hour. Figured out our water leak problem during the evaluation and didn't charge us. Khan and Mitchell were very friendly. We'll call them again if we have plumbing problems.

I've had no hot water and requested a quote. Kahn reached out immediately and gave me a suggestion to try. He also came to inspect everything and we got to the bottom of the problem (poor placement of a vent in my water heater closet= frozen pipe). Part of the problem was my fault for not starting faucets dripping sooner. I will definitely contact him again in the future for plumbing help!
Thank you Kahn!

I asked for a formal quote after they sent me just a single sentence as a ""quote"" which is completely unacceptable. I asked for a formal quote to be sent to me and they ghosted me. They obviously did not want the work. They never even looked at the house, just sent a single ""yea we could do it for $xxx"" I have learned never to accept a verbal quote since there is inevitably an upsell or a demand for more when they ""find other things"". They never looked at it! Not a good way to do business unless you are trying to scam people.

I called Khan out twice. Once to replace a garbage disposal. He charged a reasonable price, but he was done in 15 minutes because he said he was in a rush to head to the airport. My understanding is that garbage disposals should take at least an hour for professionals to replace, but nevertheless, the garbage disposal seems to work fine for now.
Now, the sketchy part. We had a pipe burst in the main water line, and water flooded the basement.
He told me he also does restoration for water damage. He left us a quote for over $7,000 for water restoration and said we had to pay 50% upfront. The other water mitigation company ended up only charging us about $3,000 and required no upfront payment; they billed the insurance company directly.
Regarding fixing the water leak, I called two other plumbers, and they and the water company agreed that we needed to excavate 6 feet of dirt in order to replace main water line. When Khan came out, Khan did not seem to know what he was doing. He mentioned going into the basement to try to find where the leak is and working from the basement. I wish he was more upfront about not knowing what he was doing. I would not use him for more sophisticated plumbing jobs.
I really wanted to like this guy and default him as our main plumber for our plumbing needs, but in the end realized I can't trust him to do our plumbing work for our properties.

We noticed water pooling in our basement last night after one of our toilets wouldn't flush and realized our main sewer line was clogged. We called Centennial Plumbing and Khan was out 30 minutes later. He assessed the situation and unclogged the main line in no time for a very fair price under the circumstances. We would definitely call them again in the future.

Khan was able to fix our issue in a timely manner, and also quoted us for some future work while he was there. Will work with him again in the future!

I had Khan out to snake two tubs and a sink drain and he charge me $675. When I questioned how expensive that was he lowered it to $600. After he left I called several other plumbing companies to find thay an average cost for snaking out a tub is $93. I feel like I got totally taken advantage of.

Our garbage disposal developed a fracture in the casing and spewed water everywhere when it was turned on. We called Centennial Plumbing and Khan was able to come out on a Saturday to replace it. While he was here we asked about a toilet repair. Khan was happy to look at it and I remarked that I'd been wanting to replace it for quite some time. Khan suggested a good replacement, checked inventory, picked it up and installed it all on the same day! We couldn't be happier and will definitely call him again for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks Khan!!!

Replaced garbage disposal. Very responsive and did a great job explaining what my options were. I would definitely use them again.

The most professional plumber!!! Before I left office today I noticed that one of the toilets was clogged. Tried to fix it but it didn't stop flushing. So I called an emergency plumber who was supposed to come at 8:00 pm. That emergence plumber didn't show up at all.
Then I had to look to Yelp to find another plumber. Centennial plumbing accepted my service request and promised to come in 30-45 mins. Then the owner showed up on time. He looked at the toilet (by that time the toilet started functioning again) and made sure everything was ok. He didn't even charge me anything, saying ""I didn't really fix it for you."" Extremely nice and professional. Highly recommended !
