Hey Gang, If you followed the post on Roto Rooter, it has been a nightmare. I did not use this man because he was busy that day but I asked him question, how much should it be to have my Lines Checked he stated $150 and he was unable to do roof vent because he did not have a snake small enough and if he had to pull the toilet it would be $280. He was fair knowledable and gave me base prices for everything right up front. He was friendly and professional. If I get the opportunity I will be visiting him for my plumbing needs. I was remodeling my kitchen and called Chris at Celtic Plumbing about moving a vent line that was in a sofit I removed. Chris said he though he could help and asked that I text him some pictures. I sent the pictures and Chris texted about the pipes in the walls. I replied that I hadn't opened the walls and Chris wrote that he was confused why I was moving the vent without opening the walls. I reminded him that I was working in a sofit and never heard from Chris again. The other plumbers I got quotes from understood the project quickly and eaisly and kept in touch. I can't rate Chris' work but, I was disappointed by him going silent about the work he and I were talking about.

My water wouldn't stop running from my tub faucet. I called a plumber with Roto and they replaced the broken piece. For service and part, I was charged $400. The water wasn't running as much as it was prior to replacing the part but he stated the pipes needed to be replaced and quoted me $1460 to start right then. I called Celtic Custom plumber for a second opinion. He came next day and stated I just needed a longer screw and was charged half the price of $200.

These guys are outstanding. Fast and efficient quality work. Replaced a faucet and lines, cleaned out the drains in the bathroom. The whole job was done in less than an hour and the price was reasonable. I was very impressed by everything they did and highly recommend them.
